Neighbors? (Female seeking for a Male character)

Story Plot:

He's live in this house for as long as he can remember. His family settled here for good and has no future plans on moving. This disappoints him. The only thing he's looking forward to in this town is the day he can move out. To be able to live away from all these people.

It's summer and 4 months before he turns 18, a new girl moves next door to him. They begin to create a relationship as months go by. He's starting to wonder whether to move out or stay here with this girl.

Note:
This isn't a set story plot, so you may change it a little, but I'm looking for a long term roleplayer. Someone with commitment and someone who is online often.

I would like this roleplay to have a story. I want them to start as friends and one thing leads to another, etc. I want there to be an actually relationship. Boding. Nothing Non-con or hardcore.
