Screwed up my Firefox settings

So...

I was messing with things to try and get rid of a search engine site when I open a new tab on my Firefox browser and now instead of going to a new site when I click a link in an email I get a bar that tells me Firefox prevented the page from automatically redirecting to another page and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix it.

This is turning into a pudding brain day for me. ;D

Firefox menu (top left) -> options -> options

Click advanced tab.

See if "warn me when sites try to reload or redirect" is checked. If it is, try unchecking it and see if that fixes the problem.
