A Mob Story (Noir style, drama, action, crime, romance)

Alright. So I am going to start this one tonight. Hopefully some people are interested. It is Noir style, and Noir is french for black. Film Noir, Book Noir, and Game Noir are pieces of media with a dark tone to it. You can be any kind of character; a low ranking member in an organized crime syndicate, a higher ranking member, someone who is not part of the organization whose life has been touched by it, a teacher in the area, a shop owner in the area, ect. i encourage creativity with the characters.
