I heard them playing God Save the Queen at an American football game (The lemon shaped ball) and my first thought was, "Oh shit the British are coming! The British are coming!" It turns out it was just some international whatchamacallit.

At least that one is patriotic on both side of the pond - If they'd played "To Anacreon in Heaven", the Brits watching would have been amused, and the Yanks would have wondered what they were laughing about.
