So, OK, I need another game like I need a new bodily orifice (no comments, now), but this idea has been pounding in my head all day.

Kayleigh Ross started turning tricks during her Junior year of college. A friend introduced her to a somewhat questionable modelling agent when she was short on funds, and while she has done and still does do some legit modelling, she soon discovered that 'dating' certain well-mannered gentlemen paid far better. After a while, she found she enjoyed the attention, meeting different people, and even the sex, so she continued all through school, and beyond.

What Kayleigh didn't know was that she was fae-touched- at least until her clientele started to shift. When she turned 25, people with odd accents, unusual appearances, and substantially more money than her usual fare started getting in touch with her, claiming a 'friend' had given them her number. Apparently, when she came into her full maturity, she stood out like a beacon to the lonely and lost among the somewhat less (or more) than human denizens of the city.  Now she enjoys a reputation among the  transmundane as a delightful, discreet companion, receptive to a wide range of needs and restrictions- and quite the nice fuck, for those who desire such things. And she's making a mint doing it...

What I'm looking for:  2 or maybe 3 people willing to write multiple characters, who will be Kayleigh's clients.  They can be nearly anything: the lonely Sidhe exiled from home who just likes the faint hint of Faerie in Kay's features and voice; the disembodied spirit who likes to 'wear' Kayleigh's flesh and experience life and pleasure through her; The careerist vampire who likes to squire her around to maintain his/her masquerade of normality; the werewolf cop, who needs stress relief when the full moon gets close, to keep him from doing something rash on the streets; twin sorcerors (M/F?) who do everything, and every ONE together...Could not care less about the gender of the players, nor of the characters- so long as they are creative and interesting.

The commitment for everyone but me will be fairly light; rarely will more than one character at a  time be 'on stage' with Kay, so if it happens you need to go away, take a break, drop the game, whatever, no worries. If that happens, I may open this again to other interested parties. In most cases, character A will have his/her/its date with Kay, we'll post together for a reasonable period, then the next client will be in play, a day or more later in game time.  So it might help to think of this as less a group game than a series of linked 1x1s- though obviously, we can discuss a possible 3some or moresome write, if there are good character reasons for it.

What this game is NOT:  It's not a horror story- no slashers, please, no flesh-eating monsters, no alien breeders from beyond. It's not an NC or BDSM story, though some elements of mental domination and light bondage might be present depending on the characters. Despite the subject matter, it's not a wall-to-wall smutfest; there'll be a fair bit of that, but I'm more interested in presenting her as a sort of geisha- an educated, cultured (she has a BA in art history) companion, a conversation partner and yes, at times a lover. I want to see the interface between the human and inhuman at its best and some of its worst.

Kayleigh herself has no real transmundane powers, other than a fair resistance to illness, fairly rapid healing (wouldn't do to wear the hickeys the 'were gave her to her meeting the next night with her Kindred friend, after all...), intuition, empathy, and, most importantly, an open heart and mind. The money aside, she actually enjoys her life and job, and genuinely likes at least most of her 'friends'.


Housekeeping: Read my O/Os, please. I'm fairly open, but there are a few hard walls. Please PM me if you're interested (don't post here), and give me at least a brief idea for one or two characters you might like to play. I'm going to be picky- I won't necessarily be selecting partners on a first messaged, first-picked basis. I want to see what things go bump in various peoples' nights, and how they fit with my style before Kay opens anything for business, especially her legs...;D

Depends to some extent on what they are comfortable with, and how much interest I get, Guy. I see it a bit as a revolving-door game, where people can go and...hehehe...come more or less as they like, and while I would like to keep the field of writers smallish, I'm open to a wide array of characters. So it might mean multiples per writer, or only one per, with more writers, if that's all they feel like doing.

As I said, ATM, my target is 2-3 people, writing one at first, then adding a second or even a third if they want to, and/or playing a  linked pair from the start, like my twins idea. But I'm not going to dictate to people how many they 'should' play, only exercise some editorial control over whom Kay would accept as a client.

tl;dr: how many would you WANT to write?

If we're talking a revolving door, and I don't have to try and keep track of everyone I write at once, really the sky is the limit. I'd probably not want to write more than two, maybe three characters in a single scebe, but I could easily manage it.

I'd be interested, if there's still place for another player. In particular, the "twin sorcerers" idea really struck me! If any player could be interested in playing my twin sorceress sister, I'd be delighted. O maybe I could try to play both characters at once, if necessary...
