Backgrounds are fine, and players should have them. Don't worry about them not fitting because they will. Everything will.

Yay! I got the boom spells covered quite nicely, so having a pervy sage that uses spells to disrobe others is more then naughty for my tastes. Especially since Horo doesn't bother to wear much clothes in the first place.

Yes to Golarian deities, Hit points are maxed, and you get two traits.
