Not drinking it yet, but I just finished making spiced syrup to add to hot beverages.

Orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, clove, and cardamon, simmered in sugar water until thick.

(My strainer hates me, and my kitchen smells wonderful.)
