Adventures on the High Seas (F seeking M)

Lately, I've been craving a plot involving Pirates, on the high seas battles. Lots of treasure, uncharted lands. Pirate captain can be ruthless, but with a honor code they adhere to. A former officer in a royal navy who was wrongfully imprisoned and has donned a disguise as a pirate to take revenge on those who imprisoned him. Plots can be strictly within the human world or can put a supernatural spin on the plot. Even venture out into the sea of stars as space pirates.
