So a few weeks ago I got a cute little bearded dragon after months of research. Since he was eating so many crickets I put in an order for 1000 1/2 inch long crickets... During shipping someone was not careful and tore the box since the post office now has 1000 LOOSE crickets in their office. I called today to see if I could pick up what hadn't gotten out of the box yet and the guy told me I had to wait until Monday to get them. He must not know how good at escaping crickets are.... Oh well their loss since those buggers were insured!

That much cricket chirping can drive a person batty.  Even one in a quiet office can be irritating. :-)

Now just imagine these are baby crickets. It'll be at least a month before they start dying off if not longer!
