Yes, there are 4 murderers, possibly 5 with the mad passenger.  But our characters wouldn't know how many there would be, so we have to assume that Sasha or Starlequin are the only murderers on the train.

Well, it never really goes to five, since the Mad Passenger will kill the murderer foolish enough to attack them; but then, we might go the whole game without that happening.
