Who can move stories to 'Completed Tales'?

I know it's staff, but perhaps that is a bit ambiguous? I know that Trieste can, but I'd rather not bug the same person again, and again.

Perhaps we can be more specific of which staff members can move threads? Not just deities but also...

People with purple tags (s-level: Sirens, Satyrs, Sidhe) are the best to make thread move requests to in general.
