Steampunk Breeding and BDSM (F seeking M)

This is a variation on an old idea of mine. After a brutal war, fought with chemical warfare, birthrates are down from the pollution and contamination. The solution has been a combination aphrodisiac and fertility drug, administered to the population. Women are often placed into a form of breeding service, marked by red masks and clothing. Until they give birth at least once, the women are in the care and service of a man. While some pairings are found of trans women in Masks, and trans men as key holders (considered odd but legal, as a baby results either way), the service has also been known to include polyamory, wife swapping, and other methods of conceiving a child, with the legal understanding that the child is that of the key holder. 

You are a rising man of wealth, perhaps with a lesser title, but you have recently come into your money and inheritance. The day before your first Scarlet Party (a sort of orgy held by the wealthy), a former employee of the family comes to you. He has nothing left but a daughter, beautiful, and just at the age to be masked. For enough money to flee his debts, he’ll sell you her key. You’ll feed, shelter and clothe the girl, and she’ll give you an air of respectability and fulfill all the licentious desires you have.
