I'm looking for some help with a drawing (it's not site related).

I bought a stock image from Depositphotos (in fact it's this stock image)

http://depositphotos.com/22364117/stock-illustration-labels-vector-set-modern-style.html

All of the standard license images were the same price/used the same number of credits, so I got the vector (EPS) file. I also didn't want the .jpg because I didn't want to be stuck with the white shadowed background.

However, what I didn't expect is that the image seems to have the writing on the same layer as the rest of the image.. and I can't see how to remove it. I don't want their advertising. I want the background of the stones and to add my own text. That's why I paid to license the stock image after all. I have Adobe Illustrator and I used to know how to use it better than I do now. Usually I use Photoshop. However, Photoshop and Illustrator seem to be loading it on that single layer. Illustrator has things like sub-layers, but I'm not sure how to remove the text.

Can anyone help me? :)

Thank you!!

I think I've found it now. I'll reply here if it doesn't work.

[Update] Yeah it's fine now. :)
