An Apology and a Request

It's been made clear to me that I've come across as rather heavy handed lately.

I sincerely apologize for my behavior in that regard and promise to try to be more fair about such matters in the future. My stress is no excuse for such things.

I would, however, like to request that, if you have a personal issue with another member - staff or not - that those issues should be taken up with that member or with staff. Please do not vent your frustration about them in a thread here, even offhandedly. That sort of thing is a problem that can be solved rather immediately, compared to most political discussions.

Likewise, the P&R forums are not meant to debate site rules or policy. I realize there isn't a good forum for that, but it's usually done in On Topic or Help. As a general rule I will listen better to things that simplify and streamline rather than complicate. This place is complicated enough as is and has grown far beyond my own ability to keep track of everything already >_>

I know words mean rather little, but thank you for understanding.
