I heartily recommend "Interesting Times", although both Cohen shows up in earlier books.  The whole 'Silver Horde' running gag is worth it...

They're a fast read.  Even my wife (who reads a LOT slower than I do) can finish them in a couple of days.  They're also very funny, if you like your fantasy with a bit of irony.

I am most severely mistaken!  The two-weapon fighting option is indeed active for this game(at the very, very bottom of RS's first post she lists it).  There's a Combat Options file on the BFRPG page.  It's in there.

I thought I saw it somewhere, have to go up and get one of the other files then I guess to find out what I need to do, dual wielding main battle  tank is always good cover for the squishy ones :D

Looking at the rules there is a severe cost to that, a - to each of the swings, the primary may work out to even after the dex add in but I don't think I'd ever have an even roll on the off hand.

Guess I'll go for the General Badaxe look then  :)

We can't start this without a cleric and a magic-user, another fighter would not hurt. Anyone know of any other players, or want to run two characters.

I'll roll a second, would prefer a MU but the cleric would be ok depending on the stats.

Fine, I suggest though swap the Cha for the Con, then the Con adjusts as per huse rules to 9 instead of the five and the Cha is better. This way you get no Con penalty and benefit a little in Cha.

Great now we need a CLERIC. With undead in the first adventure and healing starting at Level 2 won't be that far into the first adventure to get there you need one.
