Television show...premise explained to an extent in video below.  Basically a group of people called 'Actives' or 'Dolls' who live in the 'Dollhouse'.  They are regular people who have, by volunteering or force (?), had their memories erased.  They can be 'programmed' with basically any type of skill/knowledge/personality in order to accomplish certain tasks.
