True, his counterpart could be alive and well, that works. The Defiant class would exist in the Mirror Universe, be just as well armed, the same size, only no agonizers on the USS Sydney, natrally.  Their purpose would be patrol duties, and suppliment the larger warship classes on pacification missioins, as well as when aquiring more territory for the Empire.

Ok Trieste, if you feel this fits better in the socialising forum,who am I to argue.

Ya sorry about, my bad as I made the forum and didn't move it myself.  Very sorry.

And ya I knew that Alyssa was a full Lieutenant, I just worded it weird that in Engineering right now is a bajoran Junior Lieutenant named Sieron Dariece.  And that because Den is dead, he is now the Chief Engineer.  On the Sydney anyway.

On the Terran ship I imagine Den alive and well.  He the chief engineer of one of the larger warships, but recognizing the Defiant class and reporting to the Terran Captain.

Oh and Playful, you can make Viern whatever kind of character you want.  I just came up with the name as someone to fill the conn spot.  Male, female, vulcan, orion, don't really care.  Just no tellarites!  Hate them!
