Bionicle Story. Or Heroes with elemental powers

I need at least 6 members for this RP (though more are allowed). You dont need to be familiar with the canon story to join as there will be minor changes. Most of the world and back story will be explained at the start. The story will be about a team of humans sent to a new world to save it from evil. Each chosen hero will be given armor, a mask (more info on masks later), and an element.

Here are the elemental powers you can choose from, only 1 character allowed per element. I,ll update the list as they are claimed.

The masks grant the characters an additional power. Each hero starts with one and can find new ones later
Starter Masks available: (i,ll include a full mask list later, many of the masks must be found later and are not starting masks) two different characters can start with the same mask.

one quetion though...
can we have weapons and if so what kind of?
for instance what if i want to be a marksman can i have a sort of elemental gun?
for now id have to say that i would like the energy or thunder element...
