Windows Vista April Fools?

I had the little one occupied drawing a picture in Paint today on Mr. Oniya's computer, and when I went to save it, the text in the window title-bar (where it would say 'Save As') was in a Japanese font.  I'm sure Mr. Oniya wouldn't have changed this himself, and I frankly can't find where to change it back - I'm sticking with XP until Win7 has gone through the initial settling hiccups.

Any ideas?

Mrrf.  He doesn't seem to have noticed it yet, but I'm still confused as to where it would be changed in the first place.
