Since I have no real way to see if the OOC thread linked here is more active than this spot, I'd like to mention here that I find this story very, very intriguing. I'd love to join in if there's still room (and of course, pending my approval to the forum).

Excellent concept.

Well I wish you luck on the process, and pending approval. Look me up, I am one of the Dons in the game.
There is plenty of room still.

If there are any female characters needed- I'd be interested in joining as well!!

There's nothing inherently dirty about sex, but if you try real hard and use your imagination you can overcome that.   On's & Off's are up!

I've been doing some Googling and found out there has been a push to put women into higher level mob positions IRL, mostly due to the fact they rarely cheat or hurt business by screwing with the Family although they can't be "Made".

I was thinking a trustworthy woman that handles the money making enterprises, you know handles the vice crimes and other projects money for a fair cut of the profits. I figure someone that proved herself or whose father is a trusted person or respected in the Family, I was thinking someone older and beautiful with a head for business. And who is one of those quiet ones that usually doesn't need to make a spectacle of herself carrying guns, the kind of woman you meet you know not to fuck with since the Family will back her up. I think she might have her own men to handle the security and muscle and answer to the Don only, unless he says otherwise. And she would hold a high level of college education likely an MBA and Law Degree (in Business Law and Contracts).

Check out the Contero family, most of my "higher up" positions are full (but only because I have been recruiting. whoever wants to join to make the game start off) you want to be a made (wo)man, I am in need of a few trusty people.
