Most of us have seen Pacific Rim, a story about giant aliens (Precursors) invading the Earth through a portal deep on the ocean floor.    And most of us are also familiar with G-Force, the term used in the Godzilla movies to identify the military organization dedicated to fighting giant monsters.   A thought occurs: why not put them together?

The Basic Idea: When the aliens first invaded in 2013, mankind united and found that they could defeat them with conventional and sometimes even exotic seeming weapons (Drill missiles, Lightning Guns, Masers, an experimental Black Hole generator, etc), though often at a heavy cost when the aliens came ashore in an unexpected location.   In 2025, the first of the Category Five emerged and in desperation China resorted to a large scale nuclear strike.

Two things then happened, almost simultaneously.   The Earth reacted to the cumulative damage inflicted upon her, as if the nuclear strike had been the final push: something many of the scientists in G-Force agree that must have been.   The Precursors found that they could only open the portal with great difficulty and only for long enough to send a single Kaiju through.    The other was far more terrifying, in many ways.   It was as if all of the monsters of fiction and legend were brought to life, each tied to a human who became known as a Mediator.

Dragons such as Smaug, the Great Ape King Kong, Mothra, and even Godzilla appeared virtually overnight.   When the next Kaiju came through, it found itself face to face with King Ghidorah.    Apparently, even the Earth wasn't going to be conquered quietly.   And mankind had one weapon of last resort: Mecha-Godzilla.

What it's about: The player characters will be Mediators, working with G-Force to put a stop to the Kaiju invasion.

What's so awesome about it?  Giant Monster Battle!
