I noticed that the Group Request Threads have a Send This Topic button and was wondering what it does.
It's all good, and it's all in fun.  Now get in the pit and try to love someone.

It looks like it's a way to send someone at least a link to the thread via email.

Ah, okay.  That explains it.  You want to do Group Request to pull in specific people since Group Requests are more open to the public.

Out of curiosity, what threads is it not on?  Because I just picked a thread at random elsewhere on the forum, and the option was there.  (Although if someone were sent a link to the private-side, they'd get a message saying that they don't have access to it when they clicked it.)

'Send This Topic' appears on most stuff for mods & admins, but am fairly sure it's not available on a lot of stuff for those with standard normal-member access--is a limited option for normal access, I believe.
