Interest check: Modern Lovecraftian Horror/Military small group [closed]

So I have a horror-action plot idea called To Catch A Falling Star I'd like to play out for a small Fast Response Team similar to the Mobile Task Forces of the SCP universe.  A few things need sorting:



-I'm undecided whether to do it freeform, or use a lightly modified version of the Delta Green rules- if anyone has experience with DG, I'd be interested to hear your opinions.

-I think it would need no fewer than 4 and no more than 6 PCs to function well.

-I'm not concerned with a whiz-bang post rate- as many know, I'm anything but a fast poster my own self- but I want people who can commit to sticking it out to the end, so it doesn't get derailed.

-Likewise, it would require people who are OK with bad things possibly happening to their characters, including death. Replacement characters are up for negotiation, but part of the challenge is accomplishing the mission with what you've got, no more.

If this sounds interesting, boop me here, and if there's enough interest I'll work towards a synopsis and OOC thread.

Are all characters part of the unit or is there space for a local guide/ex-pat who knows the area like the back of his hand?
