Freeform 1960s secret agent/espionage roleplay

What I have in mind is a grittier, dirtier version of the early Bonds.
Same amount of violence, but more sex. I would also like the male secret agent character to be darker and more evil than Bond.
Rape and force would be part of his 'repertoire'.

The setting I have in mind is a fictional 1960s South-American dictatorship, with both the West and the Russians trying to assume control of the regime. I'm looking for a GM to play the western secret agent sent over there to help organize the counter-revolution.
He'll encounter a lot of local women who have an equal thirst for sex as they do for violence.

In short, I'm looking for:

A GM who also takes the part of the western secret agent.
A person to play the perverted dictator.
Someone to play his submissive wife.
Several other people (mostly revolutionaries) the secret agent encounters. I'll likely play a female rebel who is assigned to help the secret agent character.
