How can you tell if you have been blocked by another member?

I'm not sure if it's ever happened to me or not, but if I've been blocked, how can I tell?

Yes, I really am blind.
Being Literate is the ability to read and understand a language. When you ask for literate, what you are looking for is Verbosity, which is the ability to use lots of words without actually saying very much... like politicians. I consider myself both literate and verbose.

If they've simply blocked you, and you try to send them a PM, you'll get a message that the member is not accepting PMs from you.  If they've gone for a Staff-enforced block, you would have received a PM (CCed to a Staff member) instructing you that they did not wish to interact with you, prior to the block being instated.  If they are not using the features of the board to block you, and are simply deliberately skipping over your posts/PMs, there's no way to tell.

Ok, thanks. I don't think I'm being blocked then. *shrugs* In that case, not really my loss.

Unfortunately its the nature of the beast.  Plus, and I say this freely, I suck at PMs.  Even with my new system I still miss some until I do my weekly sorting and I just feel horrible about it.
