I'm not going to be able to post until this project is done, so it might even be the weekend by that point.  And I have to finish my two character profiles.  Just so you guys know where I'm at.  The weekends are my time off (most of the time) so I usually can post multiple per day on Saturdays and Sundays. ^_^

Age limit or age minimum?  Minimum is 18 for this particular game, both the gamer and the avatar need to be that age.  No age limit as far as I'm concerned.  So some bed ridden 120 year old man could be behind the avatar. =P

That's rather gross Dar lol.  Still, I'd prefer the actual person behind their avatar to be no older than say....45 at the most?  Beyond that, your actual avatar, as long as they don't look ten thousand years old and their age makes sense for whatever their race is I won't be picky.  Just be sure neither are younger than 18.

Why is that gross? This is the future and people are probably living that long, plus people that live that long probably grew up on video games.  Not to mention that instead on concentrating on bed sores all day that they'd actually have the freedom to come into a virtual reality where they can bet young again. 

I still say as old as you want the gamer to be, and hell make them look like they're ten-thousand years old if you want. XD  Just don't expect to be getting any. =P

Personality

Melisa generally was a nice and kind hearted girl who likes to take care of those around her. However, she can also be quite stubborn and headstrong once she decides on something and will have no qualm on putting someone on their place if she believes that they had done something wrong. Despite her popularity both nationally and internationally, she absolutely despise the belief of other idols that just because they are popular makes them better than the others. In fact, due to her popularity, she finds herself preferring to remain anonymous if possible.

Unfortunately, Melisa is also found to be inherently lazy, preferring to sleep in as often as possible which soon earned her the nickname which she decides was a compliment rather than an insult.

Personality

Just like her real personality in real life, Mizuki has very limited tendency to violence, opting to stand back, letting the others take the spotlight while she supports them using her healing magic (white) or support attack magic (water and wind). Individually, she was mostly below average in any area but her true value comes out when she was part of a group and it became apparent that she was an expert at supporting the others. She never hesitates to help others when needed even if they are complete stranger; in fact, most of the time she can be found helping new players to get by until them strong enough to stand on their own feet.

Mizuki was relatively new in Eden and therefore still have extended list of things to learn about the place. It didn’t took long for her to realize that she was extremely ungifted in fighting, so much that even the monsters which other newbies walks all over was a challenge for her. Despaired over the knowledge, she fell into a slump until by chance; she was invited into a group of other newbies led by a veteran cleric.

It was then when her talent finally shows as she runs around supporting the others with her basic healing skills and running interferences to help those who were in trouble. Her action in the battlefield impressed the veteran so much that she was immediately offered to join the clergy which she accepts. During her training, it immediately became obvious that she was gifted in the way of healing, so much that she graduates from the clerical school in record time with flying colors.

Right after her graduation, she spend some time as volunteer helper for groups who are in need of supporter whether it be doing quests or simple monster hunting. It was during that time that she realize that she was not satisfied by just by healing and giving magical enchantment to her group members, she wish to be more useful as a supporter. From the determination, she turns her attention to the elemental magic and currently in the process of learning them, in particular water magic.

Until now, she remains as a wandering cleric, going from place to place and helping anyone who needs them. Ironically, although she tries to remain anonymous as much as possible, her reputation slowly grows from mouth to mouth as a savior; her wings gave those people the inspiration to call her “Angel”

Enchantment: She can enchant others equipment with Holy element
Anti-Undead: Her skill with healing and light magic makes her a natural enemy for undeads since healing and light magic are their weakness
Flight: Her wings allows her to fly over significant distance allowing her to travel from place to place faster than those on foot. However, using it in long period drains her stamina quickly.

Equipment

Divine Dress: Her dress is actually made of condensed mana, making it extremely light but also durable. On the other side, if she were to be knocked out or pass out, the dress disappears, leaving her very vulnerable.
Divine Staff: Her staff is made of holy mythril, a very rare magic metal which is very durable and light. Although its weight makes it of little use as physical weapon, the magic metal allows it to amplify her magic several times stronger than if she cast it without using it.
Magic bag: Although the outer appearance is no bigger than a woman purse, the interior is magically expanded, allowing her to store many items inside, from potions to tomes without changing its weight the slightest. Extremely expensive.

Weaknesses

Dogs: Due to being bitten as a child, she is deadly afraid of dogs. Apparently the feeling is mutual for both side as dogs hates her with passion, even puppies hates her.
Laziness: Just like her counterpart in real world, Mizuki is inherently lazy and always tries to sleep as much as possible.
Direction Blind: Absolutely no sense of direction, inside her bag, a compass and a map is absolute must. God knows where she going to end up without them. 
Low Stamina: Although her magic power is significant, her stamina is poor. Prolonged battle or even long distance travelling for that matter is absolute disadvantage.

*Blush* well, I admit I did use vicky for reference. I'll tone it down if you want. I'm thinking of having her to be the kind of player who is new to the game but not the concept of the game itself. Like someone who used to play Ragnarok Online then switch to WoW, they won't have too much trouble adjusting since the concepts are very similar.

Edit: Done, I made it so that she only know limited water/wind magic but the white magic in unchanged I'm afraid since its supposed to be her forte.

I don't know how new she is going to be to the game, but the way I figured it would work is that she would learn more/better spells as she "levels up".  Although this particular game doesn't have real levels, you play based on the way you want your character to work.  For example, my Assassin hasn't concentrated on magic at all, instead has focused entirely on being stealthy.  So the way she plays the game is to sneak into places, and complete missions by sneaking around everywhere.  She's also been playing since the beta version of the game, which has given her the time to acquire the skills necessary to being an assassin.

For Mizuki it would mean she'd have to focus on being a support character, start out with a couple of healing spells and work her way into the greater healing and other magics.

At least that's the way I'm thinking of the game, wait til Vergil weighs in before you change anything though. ^_^

Darwishi did a good enough job on his own so what do you need me for?  Lol.  Joking aside, I do like your gal Melisa, but given what I could read from my PS 3 earlier, it did seem she was a little stronger than a 'new' player could have been possible.  If she's been around a little longer and your reason is also good, (although I've never played either game so I'd have to take your word for it lol,) then she can keep most of what you listed for her if nothing else.

I'm pulling from Champions Online, which is where this idea started from (it was originally a superhero idea).  So basically the way you start out there is that you've got one power, and as you level up you get the option for more powers in that power set.  Like I think I chose ice powers, so I start off with level 1 Ice Shards and level 1 Shield. 

At level 3 or something I get a new power, and get to choose between a few powers.  Level 1 Ice Blast (a stronger Ice power than the shards) and this goes on for a while and you can upgrade your individual powers and your constitution (hp) and dexterity and all that other good stuff as you level up.

Now granted, with this I completely did away with levels and straight experience points.  Since the Virtual Reality type game is far more freeform I figured it'd be better to "level up" based on what skills you were actually using for your character.  And in this game you can go just about anywhere you want with your character.  You reputation is based on how your character treats others, your attraction is based on how pretty your character is, charisma based on how charming your character is and how you've developed that.

The VR world allows players to think outside of the box.  There's no preset way to play any one mission.  So like for my assassin she might enter the castle by scaling the wall by hand with no rope or anything, where as my knight would just try to knock on the door and slice and dice her way through the castle.  My assassin avoids direct confrontation where as the knight welcomes it and looks for it.  They would play the exact same mission in completely different manners.

I also had the idea that items actually weigh a character down.  So if you have high ranking stealth and want to wear a heavy piece of armor you better have the strength attributes to wear it, otherwise your stamina will go way down.  For example my assassin wears a boat load of knives (over fifty) so she has to have enough strength for that, which she has, but she couldn't wear the same chainmail, helmet, carry the same sword, wear the same boots or really anything that the knight wears.  It would bog her down too much.

Anyway that's slightly more detail of how I was thinking of this game being set up.  Having to work at your character in order to get at the attributes you want.  So you may start out with a way that you'll think you'll play the game, but your basic character may not be great at it.

I will say that I'd considered the idea of something similar you can do in Champions Online, which if you make someone your sidekick they become the same level as you, but with none of the upgrades or equipment.  So if a Level 1 wanted to quest with a level 40, their HP might get a temporary boost to those kinds of levels as would their powers.  So your girl, say she starts with just healing, and she wants to join the current party.  Well that healing would be boosted to levels that might actually help the higher levels of these characters, but nothing like if she worked the whole game to only boost that one healing power.  She wouldn't gain extra powers but that one would be significant enough to get her into the game with some experienced gamers.

Of course, it's also up to Vergil if that's a thing or not.  As well as the rest of my ideas. XDD

I agree with everything except that last bit there Dar buddy.  If that were the case the no one would want to power up on their own even though technically they'd have to just to get access to new stuff sure, but why would you need to do that when as long as you stay with a level 40 person you have this suddenly awesome fire spell or whatever?  That'd be a far to easy way to exploit the system, which I unfortunately can't go for.  Beyond that though you did an awesome job my friend.  Sorry, been playing Persona 3 FES on my PS 3 lol.  That and I didn't sleep again last night so my damn muse is taking a nap.  I'll try to get something up later though, but in the meantime we do need more people.

And Dar, still hoping to see a finished Evelyn and a possible Erin from you but no biggie if it doesn't get done soon my friend.  Just was looking forward to having that sexy assassin of yours again if nothing else lol.

Unfortunately I've got to work all weekend to meet a deadline on Monday.  Til then it's all work and no play...even though my work is kinda like play sometimes. =P

The sidekick system is a little weird.  It doesn't upgrade any of your equipment, and it only upgrades what powers you currently have.  Basically it's so it doesn't leave the higher powers high and dry.  Also on Champions, you basically wind up partnering with someone that's a couple of levels ahead of you that has similar missions.  On this game I was trying to think of a feasible way that a newbie could join in with the more experienced characters. 

I was pretty much saying that if Mizuki had just joined she probably would only have the one spell, and if she did join our characters on their team then they wouldn't have a healer that could barely heal a scrape with them when they might be getting impaled or something. =P

I might have to noodle that over a little more to figure out how to get the newbies in with the more experienced gamers.

Ok, edited her again to make her more of a white magician. I think you need to add another spot in the game biography: "Gaming Experience" and "Length of playing Eden". I designed my character according to what someone who would have played the game for a few weeks would be, though I probably went a bit too far.
