OOC: Putting a band together

A bit of a strange idea, so I've been wondering if it would work as a group RP. Basically, it's a modern-day one where some musicians come together and start a band. Simple, right? Perhaps it's a bit too simple to play? I'm trying to elaborate on it...what would make it playable?

That was to be my role, but okay. I have the other parts to choose from. I'll just be lead singer.
