athena is too busy (too slow a poster) to likely be able to storytell this one.

AthenaNude

Hmmm.. a lot of thoughts raised.  To respond (in no particular order):

@Wolfy:  Technically a hermaphrodite has a penis and a vagina.  There's not really any hermaphrodites in this one.   The futa I'm talking about have female bodies but with male genitalia, not both sets of male and female reproductive organs.

@Carlissa: Yes, only female or futa (she-male) characters allowed in this one (no full male characters).  It's not pure lesbo.  There will be plenty of cock, but of the dickgirl variety.  A pregnant Orion is fine with me if you do change your mind.

@Tom:  A Romulan futa is certainly okay with me.  Welcome aboard! In this setting, the Romulans are no longer the outright enemy.  They have allied with the Federation against the Klingons (who are still hostile at this stage, which is why no Klingon characters....yet).

@Doomsday and Subfuta:  Kate's advice is well worth looking into.  Memory Alpha is a godsend.  Besides, as I mentioned earlier, you don't need to be a complete Trekkie to enjoy this, I'm going to focus predominantly on the sexual side rather than anything else.  I'm going to throw a good bit of things in for those of us who have watched the various series' but it shouldn't prevent anyone else from having fun.  And anything you aren't sure about can always be looked up on Memory Alpha.  ;)

@Kate:  Alas, it's true regarding getting free time to post so far.  I do lead a pretty full life and it gets rather hectic sometimes but there are some free points here and there.  I am working on getting either a couple of hours each day or else one entire afternoon to devote to my "hobby" here.  I wouldn't turn down any help regarding storytelling, though.  :-)  This one and the Messalina one are going to be the only two I run for a while.

Wolfy

Oh, ok Athena..:P Can't wait for this to start up..*hugs Carli*

Major Major

I do so very much want to join this, but the fact that they're dickgirls and not full hermaphrodites keeps putting me off....

AthenaNude

Sorry, Major Major.  I think there's already a lot of roleplays with herm characters, but I've never been that attracted to that sort as much as dickgirls.  I'm pretty much going to stick to my guns about females and dickgirls here, just on principle (no slight to anyone).

But....

There may be a few new aliens the crew might encounter who could be hermaphroditic (though they won't be PC's).  I can't give everything away but there's going to be a few surprises and plot twists, just as you'd expect from the series.

Kate

... what if ...

we were all on board and something happened killing / incapacitating our captain ?
(so perhaps the captain "recovers" when athena has time for this ... until then we free-form roleplay and see how it goes ? )

I should have it going by tomorrow, and can post about every three days.  So far everything is working out, so I have no reason to believe there'll be any delay (knock on wood).

Anyone joining please read the OOC info (  https://elliquiy.com/forums/index.php?topic=56747.0   ) and then post all characters here:

@Wolfy: Hitomi is human, correct?  Would it be okay if you moved her from the OOC thread to the character bio thread?  I want to have all the Player-run characters there.  :-)

Come on people..:D..more people have to be interested in this..^-^

Angel Fire

I have been holding back for a bit but I AM very interested.  The pace of the posting would be perfect for me so all that I need to do is... get a character going *Smiles*.  Would a doctor that helps to heal the mind and the body be good for everyone to start with?  I can adapt her if need be if we find either a Medical officer or a Counselor (though I would prefer to play the Counselor part... sentimental reasons there *Smiles in hope*).
Can you capture this fiery Angel and make her yours?!  Try before she slips away into the night... If you wish.
May we spread our wings and soar the heavens together for all time - Angel
My Theme Song - Can I be your Heart's Desire?

No room for strange aliens - I was thinking a female alien with four breasts and two vaginas. Oh come on in Star Trek VI they had an alien with its testicals on his knees so it could be a humanoid sexy alien with extra parts. lol

Special powers - nah save maybe nice curves.  ;)

As for a role anyone the ships chef yet?

Wolfy

I'd love to personally love to see a sexy alien with four breasts and two vaginas, Ruby. :D

and..I don't think Chef is taken yet. :P

Please PM me with what you have in mind, Ruby (a sample pic if you have one, or just a head shot, and a brief description of the species, such as habits and culture) and I'll bring you in.   :-)

There's still lots of options available for different crew positions.  A chef isn't really required, since the replicators pretty much provide all the food needed.  Perhaps a Flight Officer (a specialized pilot for the shuttlecraft), Transporter Chief, a basic Medical Officer, a basic Science Officer (with general Science skills) or a Science Officer specialized in a particular field (Astrophysics, Geology, Planetology, Mineralogy, Genetics, Botany, Ecology, Chemistry, Anthropology, Archaeology, etc.).

Well as a race they oppose military service at least in combat roles and I figure most would be enlisted not academy, they are not exactly hard workers like that.  ;)

I figure she would either be a civilian attached to Star Fleet as a Specialist or an enlisted person that would not be expected to fight, they can do martial arts they have a non-lethal one. I got it what about a Yoeman like Kirk had sort of a secretary for the Captain and makes sure all the busy work is done. Enlisted and went to various military training for that.

BTW are the uniforms those cute mini-skirt outfits?

Not a problem, Ruby.

That sounds fine to me.  Would you like to be JCapt. Janeway's yeoman?

Of course!  (check the Star Trek Futa Generation OOC for more examples)  :-)

RubySlippers

Almost she would feel kind of obligated to help the Captain relax if you get my drift and her people love Futa's, get the dick and no risk of babies. ;)

Yes unlike my other characters she is BI and well a try-sexual since its all good pretty much.  ;D

AthenaNude

All good to hear, Ruby.  ;D  A Captain's Yeoman sounds great.  I will be away for the rest of today but will be around tomorrow sporadically all day, so we can get things moving along.  :-)

Oh just reminders being a Trekki the TOS period did not have holodecks or replicators, the mess hall had processed meals similar to higher end tv dinners as far as I know. But they could manufacture parts and the like so might have prot-replicator technology at the industrial level.

AthenaNude

Very true, the advanced replicators didn't come until later on.  However, since some notable new additions to the crew are from various points in the future, I figure that they upgraded some aspects of the ship to make a few very basic replicators.  There aren't very many, and they tend to require a lot of maintenance, but the Marpessa is equipped with a few.  On the Marpessa, the processed meals are just like the ones on the original Enterprise, but nothing more fancy than that.

The crew from the future have tried to backwards-engineer a working holodeck aboard the Marpessa, but it malfunctioned so many times (and nearly caused some deaths) that it was deemed unsafe and not worth the constant risk.  The idea has not been abandoned completely, but has not been a high priority.  The main focus has been on upgrading the ships shields, engines, scanners, weapons, and medical bay.

Wolfy

Can't wait till this starts, Athena..:P
