That's true there, Me, Qt, and Mycroft are the GMs tho I have final say on it all. Basically yes the world is in fact as open as you'd care to make it and I provide a basics for the 5 kingdoms as well as the Shadowlands and Feral lands.

Obviously yes magic is limited, but pm me your ideas and we can help you out there Though the Dragon heir has one extra thing. The dragon heir you see is quite close to Karnai, and I'd like to know your stance on M/M. ACtually I'd like to knwo everyone's stance on this so I know what I can or cannot do that would be acceptable to others.

I was hoping to play another athro race Cervine, aka a deer like anthro, I have one in the works, I am fine with M/M and occasionally do the rp's here. it's more the story and passions involved for me and not the genders, at least on here.

Name: Ambrose Du-liac
Age: 32 (racially 21)
Race: Cervine
Rank: Northern Prince (honorific, it means "adventurer hero with some political skill." females are pricesses)
Nationality: Bleak North
Sexuality and preference: Bisexual, far northern lands are cold and harsh, and life short, one takes respite in another's arms where you can find it, gender does not enter into the equasion. he was actually raised by a pair of princes himself. after coming south to the kingdoms he is beginning to understand the beauty of women.
Specialist Art/talent: Monster hunting, master of archery, decent swordsmanship, has an electric sword known as Blitzhold to make up for lack of skill. incredible agility, resistance to cold, can sing well.

Personality: somewhat joval but lacking social skills that one would develop in large cities, he grew up protecting human Rhymelanders from giants, slaying trolls, raiding half iced over cathedrials of the old kingdom for trade goods and magical weapons. Not learning his ABC's and playing with other children. He is a daredevil and doesn't recognize the cultural taboos of Averonia untill after he crosses them.

Appearance (With picture prefered, not essential): his fathers, human family wise they would be his Father and Uncle (warning for you sensitive types suggestive m/m pic, is it just me or all the good furry deer artists are gay?)

blonde hair, blue eyes, brown and white furr, he us usually clothed in blue hood, leather armor with a number of poltrouces and charms hanging from the neck of his blue fur coak, with a side sachel full of various things.

History: Ambrose Du-liac comes from the Bleak North if one looks down and north from the lands of the dragonkin they would see a vast expanse of open tundra broken in places by forests, rivers and mountians. these are the Bleak North, a land of glacers, short life, and frozen monsters. Ambrose comes from the banks of the River Ryme, a glacial river where the water flows off of dragonkin lands like a waterfall, freezes part way on the way down, and shattters releasing it's water forming a river that flows north into the mountians and freezes. it is a land of harsh beauty and abundant resources, life sadly is not one of them. Ambrose arrived in the Lands of Averonia out of curiosity, after securing his own ancesteral lands following the Rhyme to it's source he climbed the icey Rhyme waterfall by hunting a feral dragon, blinding it, leashing it, and flying it up to Averonia.
He has been answering questions by Averonian scholars eager to learn of the world below, let alone the dangerious Rhymelands and Bleak North, he's begun learning to read and write, hoping one day to take these things back to the Rhymelands.
Living on the world below Ambrose knows of the Freak Legion, even if he doesn't have persional experience, in his grandmother's time they even marched north and died in large numbers crushed by giants, cursed by witches, eaten by trolls, perferated by arrows, starved and frozen in the snow and ice.

Ons: sex is fun, and romantic, anything along those lines.

The Rymelands: the far north is often thought of as a barren place, and the tiaga or icewastes indeed are, dotted in places with little human throps (three or four families) and nomadic deer herders. But along the River Rhyme and the River Rhun live a harsh life flourishes humans and human-like beasts build small citites in the shadow of Averonia and the darklands beneath them to the south and west, the Tiaga to the north and east.
The Land: the Rhymelands are best known for their river is fed by a waterfall coming from Averonia itself. the waters from the Magical Lands fall over the side, freeze on the way down and shatter releasing ice upon the Rhyme mountian, a crag of solid ice, which flows north into the tiaga freezing and unfreezing, and into the Sea of Broken Stars. the land is dotted with ruined cathedrials and religious buildings of what Rymelanders call "The Old Kingdom" which according to their legends was the first great human kingdom before the coming of Averonia, the number of magical items discovered in these ruins and their remarkable state of preservation in the cold make them prime resources, and also the lairs of various monsters.
The People: Humans and "beastmen" live in city states like Volksgrad, and Silver Run seperated from each other with outlying villages calling for aid from heroes in times of bandits, trolls, or the occasional giant or feral dragon. life is short and brutal for the people, which encourages a sort of grim desire enjoy of life to it's fullest. Humans and most "beastmen" follow the Star Child, the name is interchangable. it evolved from the murals of the old kingdom and the bright north star forever seen in the sky. he watches all and they join him when they die, becoming new stars, the great auroa seen once a year is thought to be those ancestors looking down and smiling on their decendants. Death is an accepted force in Rymeland, and her people struggle to keep their cities and towns safe against the wastes.
They celibrate their own victory over the shadow lands once a year when the Freak legion marched north, and was thusly slaughtered by the people and beasts of the Rhyme. it is customary to burn a legionare in effagy (and occasionally in person) and parade it through the streets. making fun of "old man gloom"
The Monsters:
there are a few common beasts to the north
Snow Elves: so named because they were once the beautiful graceful creatures of legend, the darklands, Tiaga, the encroachment of humans and forced seculsion underground, has turned them into a degenrate race of grey skinned, long eared, bald, goblins who cannot stand the light or the loud sound of bells. bells are strung on fenceposts for this reason.
Giants: thankfully rare Giants are vicious and dull witted brutes that may actually decend from humans mutated by the magic runoff from the magic lands that occasionally poloutes the Rhyme., not stupid but dull, using bone and stone, several stories tall, able to kick a lupine like a football, or so the stories go.
Hags: Hags, crones, witches, all the same nasty female hermets who follow "the old ways" possably the oldest suriviving magical tradition on the planet. they congrate in "the iron forest" a broken technological scrapyard out in the tiaga where the metal looks like brush and trees, gain so the legend goes. nontheless Hags are as wise as they are crazy, and being powerful spellcasters, this makes them even more dangerous.
Trolls: nasty semi-aquatic humanoids with a voracious appitate and the ability to regenerate, while legends say they can revive from being beheaded, this is not true, but tough skin, about a ton of green muscle, and the ability to shrug off otherwise mortal wounds makes them a threat nontheless. there are a few anchent trolls known as  "Truul-ka" who have survived to become fully mature and can consume an entire village overnight. their resistant metablosim and great physical strenth comes at a cost, trolls are voracious eaters plants, flesh, rocks, anything that looks tasty, and they can overheat and die from heatstroke hence why they fear fire

Love what you've done to this but answer me a few questions if you would.

Where is this land located? If it is beneath Averonia then it would be on teh same plane as the Shadowlands and as such you'd need to talk to Mycroft about that, also explain how light would happen there if this is so.

Where would your boy have arrived on Averonia? Which land is what I'm asking.

Also calling all artists, If you;d like to help me draw the landscape feel free, it will not only be featured on the main page of the website with link to whatever site you'd like to showcase your other work, but I will personally make you a stuffed animal of your choice (simple creatures but hey) to be sent when I have the case to do so.

in order
not underneath Averonia, it is north of it but is still on the ground, human lands, the shadowlands being on the Rymeland southern boarder and because the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, not north and south, they have light albiet the days are shorter and the nights are longer.
the Rymelands would be seperated from the Darklands by Twilight, a scraggily area where sun still eeks through in the mornings and evenings I loosely based it , loosely mind you, on Slavic and Nordic lands.

he would have entered Averonia in the Magical lands of the north, belonging to the dragonkin.

another interisting thought, the reason the Rymelands are frozen and have been for all of written history is that having a hovering continant is on their southern boarder messes up the air currents keeping warm southern and tropical air from reaching the region.

I'd like to toss my hat into the ring if possible here.

Name: Ryuu Tastou. Blade of Magica.
Age: 125
Race: Dragon

Nationality: Magic Lands of the North
Sexuality and preference: Straight
Specialist Art/talent: Mage

Personality: Might makes right in all forms of life. Or so Ryuu was basically brought up to believe while working and studying within the blistering heat of Mt Takahu. Born into power he knew he would need to be a strong and authoritative sovereign for his kind so they could gather around him for protection, a task that daunts him still as he works and studies for the trails ahead.

He enjoys the company of mixed minded individuals, ones that provide solutions to problems, when they are needed of course. He makes it known first and for most his presence to the ones around him before entering into conversation. But largely will remain quiet until all facts are given.
If not with people he’s working on something that he believes that will benefit himself. Be it reading, training, both body and magical skills, or having a night out.   

Appearance (Running into a bit of trouble with this one. Not sure if I should type it out or find a photo):

History: Born in the magica lands and into the ranks of the nobility he was fashioned to rule his own land when the time came. Taught to speak up after the discussion was presented and being heard was something he took to heart. Making himself stand out was the next. Excelling in most tasks given to him from his tutors he learned everything that he could get his hands upon, from swordplay to reading and even to magic.

Many test him with his skills and he didn’t always surpass the ones that pushed him. But he didn’t stop after the first failure. He found another way. When he bring older he ventured into the great plains and went into the city of Duumou. Spending a great deal of time within the towers he learned his craft of magic.

Here he met a number of interesting people; many became friends and other enemies. After this time had passed the civil war started to brew and he knew the time to change the kingdoms was coming. Readying his mind, body and craft he prepared for what would be needed of him and what he would do for the good of the kingdom.
