Vekseid, moderation / administration team, I find myself (mostly academically) curious about which subset of BBCode is enabled on the E. Looking at the SMF source code, things like 'code' and 'flash' are implemented, but can be switched off - has there been anything disabled or added for this site?

To the best of my knowledge, the available coding options are found here, and here.  Notably, the 'you' tag has been disabled, as the 'form-letter' quality of its use tended to leave more bad feelings than good.
