This seems interesting, never done a racing RP before but definitely worth trying this one out. Just a few questions, how many spots are left? And what spots are needed to be filled?

Same here. I was kinda hoping we'd get an OOC thread up for general chatter and plotting purposes. I'm almost sure Blaze is gonna be erm... prepping for her race but I'm not sure about Jax and the truck.

The list remains active until it is updated. The group event isn’t a ‘first come first served’ event. I usually give a submission half a day before deciding on anything. Feel free to throw in your idea or PM if you wanted to establish something outside the box (Commentators, business owners, bandits, etc)

Thanks, mj2002. Another silly question: what is the difference between a mechanic and a technician?

One is more specialised in hardware, the other software.  Mechanics are very handy at fixing a variety of parts in your car, mostly focusing on increasing the raw strength of a vehicle. Technicians are trained to be able to interact with the computers in cars to diagnose the problem, more focused on pinpointing problems or fine-tuning performance.

Just picture one with a wrench and oil stains, the other with a laptop and lots of cables.

I tried to divide them in such a way that the male/herm vs female ratio is roughly the same, at the same time ensuring that a person wielding two players is not forced to play on the same team (The exception of my own).


We only have one ‘regular’ slot open, yet feel free to be creative and demand a new profession or simply expand a team (Rookie drivers, assistants, mercenaries, etc)

I know, but once I read the first post a few times during the application sending, character sheet making, etc, that's when I stop checking the first post unless I want to know whose been accepted already.
