Sanctuary themed roleplay idea

I've been watching the new series Sanctuary on dvd here, and as usual, my creative mind came up with something.

I would be a 90 year old vampire, still looking as if I'm 21, living in a bricked up and forgotten train station on Manhattan Island, that once belonged to a millionare in the 40's, but was forgotten when the townhouse was destroyed in a fire and no one knew about the passage leading from that to the station.

I would have been living there since the early 80's and venture out to steal supplies and kill when I had to. I would come to the attention of Dr Helen Magnus when I kill two MTA workers who come too close to my sanctuary, and a third sees me and manages to get away.

They would want to get to me before the NYPD does, naturally. They would send cops in to find me, not knowing the truth about what I am, and how dangerous I am.

I would need people familiar with the series to play the main characters, or if you thought up a character after seeing it, then suggest it.
