USB ports are dying on me and may need new motherbaord. need help

Ok as it says I may need a new motherboard. My Processor is fine, and my video card is fine, as is everything connected to the board by wires. I used to know how to find out the type and brand of my motherboard, and the pin numbers for the processor by looking at something on the PC but now I can't remember. Anyone know how to do this again?

I am running an AMD Athalon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+. My Video card is a Gefores 8600 GT. I want to be able to keep the video card but if I have to upgrade the processor I will. I also need to do this on a bit of a budget as in 200$ maybe 300$ MAX

Also I'm not sure what number of pins are on my RAM. When I start up it says DDR2 800.

So anyone have any suggestions?

I'm assuming DDR2 800 is 240 pin. Is this correct?

Ok so I chose the 2nd board. One of my PC exp[ert friends said that I could use that board with my vid card and ram because even though the onboard Video is Radeon, everything will switch over to my NVIDIA card all the video performance will run off the card so :D This is gonnna be good.
