Time, Real Life, and Replies Please Read!
It's a hectic year for me and my schedule is erratic. That means replies could be pushed a few days, a week, maybe even a month (let's hope that doesn't happen but if it does I will try to give you a heads up). My schedule updates and apologies are usually written in my signature but there may be a PM sent out if I'm going away for a long time.
If you can deal with it, please proceed down the thread.

I'm VERY picky about my writing partners. If I decide not to start a RP with you it is probably because I've checked your O&O's, browsed through writing samples and suspect we are not a good match.

I’m looking for a male roleplayer that can write a good-sized, QUALITY post.

My average post is about a little less than a page on Word but can shrink to a mere 2-3 paragraphs OR run on for 2 pages.
While quantity isn't a must, things such as good detail, spelling and grammar are important to me. I don't want to be the only one bringing interesting twists or back plot to the table. I also don't want to be sitting at my computer reading a large post that describes a simple action.

I need someone that can handle juggling multiple characters.
While hot, steamy sex is a yes, I also want something more to my stories.

I also cannot stress enough how much... I despise... the constant... use of... ellipsis in RP posts. Once or twice, fine. I use it sometimes myself, but you don't need it everywhere.

If you've already started a RP with me but really like another plot, we could do both.

Roughly based on the world of Immortals After Dark by Kresley Cole.

Valkyrie x Demon
Valkyrie x Shapeshifter

War is approaching. After centuries of an uneasy truce, violence threatened to finally break the peace. Bad blood had collected between the different races of the Lore over the years. Those with foresight could feel the approaching storm; the best could glimpse the many grim futures ahead. In the past, races have been wiped out or thrown into the brink of extinction when the Lorekind decided to take up arms against each other. Only the strong will survive, and with that thought in mind, the races scramble to create alliances amongst themselves.

Our story takes place in modern time between two clans. They have each sent out one of their own to negotiate an alliance. The Valkyrie has siren blood running through her veins, and retains the ability to draw people to her, though few know that she is capable of also manipulating their emotions. It would make an interesting story if she were paired with a powerful male character that has a strong opposition towards being controlled or manipulated. It’d be even more interesting if said male realized to his horror that this manipulative siren was his fated mate.

Innocent Assassin CRAVING!!
ACTION • MODERN

Inspired by Hitman and Mr. & Mrs. Smith

For this I'd love to play a cold-blooded killer, born and raised for one purpose only: to kill. The organization she comes from kept a tight grip on their assassins with strict schedules and endless missions. This didn't leave much time for sexual exploration for her. And while she'd manages to become the best in a mere twenty years, she still did not know the pleasures of another person's touch.

When a rival organization begins to rise in power, she is dispatched to take out their top man. They ran things a little differently. Their assassins were not kept on a tight leash and allowed to explore all the sins of life. This resulted in some very dangerous men with very powerful people pulling their strings.

One an untouched virgin never to be seen by anyone alive, and the other, a womanizing brute known for the path of destruction he leaves behind. They are complete opposites but dangerously effective. How will two of the best assassins in the world react when they meet?


More Than Just a Pretty Voice
MUSIC • ACTION • MODERN • NC

This plot requires both parties to be able to handle multiple characters. This will eventually involve a lot of action that requires a mercenary and a very powerful and wealthy father.

She is a girl on the run and is simply out to make some fast cash working at a bar. He is a talent scout down in the slumps when he enters a random bar for a drink. His reputation and living style is in danger if he couldn't find new talent soon. It seemed that fate had been kind that night when it brought him a pretty young thing with a spectacular voice singing at the karaoke machine. However, to his dismay, the girl seems to want nothing to do with him or the fame and fortune he promises her. What could he possibly do to convince her otherwise? And would he unknowingly lead the dangers of her hidden past straight to her?

A little more about the girl since a couple of people have asked; she comes from a privileged background but on the run from her tyrant of a father. There are many ways to go about her past (like incest or just cruelty) and her future (like getting together with the talent scout or raped by the mercenary hired to take her back).


Never Judge a Book By It's Cover
This would be like the popular guy x wallflower thing except for a small twist. She liked to keep her head down and away from attention on campus but with her financial issues, she had to pay for college somehow. She took on a job as either an escort or an exotic dancer and has kept it a secret part of her life. Maybe he was just toying with her, thinking she was easy pickings and didn't realize he was playing with fire. Perhaps he really did fall for her and she tried to keep her side job a secret. However this goes, its bound to be interesting.

Sacred Scroll
Inspired by Bulletproof Monk and Witchblade. It is a bodyguard x client kind of thing.

It had been said that the wielder of the scroll would be granted the power of the gods. That was the kind of story that attracted the attention of the rich and ruthless Landon Price. After spending many years of hunting and millions on false leads, he had finally found the real scroll. Much to his dismay, the scroll did not deem him worthy a wielder.

That sparked his search for someone that the relic would accept but he could also control. How delighted was he to find that the scroll had chosen his only offspring. He hired the best bodyguard to watch over her while he plotted how he would use his own daughter to do his bidding. The bodyguard would be someone that could earn her trust but also stay loyal to his employer.

From there it can go different ways. Once again, we can discuss it through PMs.

Starfighter
Inspired by the adult webcomic [warning: contains yaoi]

I'd like to do this with a hetero relationship. The story takes place in space however many years into the future. A city space station's main line of defense consists of ships piloted by Fighters and Navigators. In battle, they do exactly what their names suggests: navigators fly the ship and fighters man the guns. This RP would be about a relationship between the two. We could collaborate to come up with our own story or read on for the comic's plot (or what I assume it to be).

The Navigator is the offspring of a powerful politician. She had joined the army against her father's wishes. The Fighter is the son of a powerful general. For whatever reason, the two older men have been rivals for some time now and the general decides to use his son as means to get to the politician. Through his connections, the Fighter was paired with the Navigator with plans to seduce her so that he may use her to get to her father.

Behind The Monitor
A story of two rival hackers that meet in person but have no idea of each others' alter egos. What will happen when one figures out that the person they've been dating turns out to be their rival? We could throw in more twists that concern the government and/or jail time. I have more ideas on this and would be happy to brainstorm together on it.

Two Faced
Based on Mr. & Mrs. Smith, the idea of two people leading different lives is really exciting. It could be like the movie where they are both secretly assassins living together as a couple. Instead of their company setting them against each other, perhaps the husband’s enemy could try to use the wife as bait, not knowing who she was.

Fallen Angel revised
This is based on the angels and demons in Supernatural-- just not the plot.
An angel can either be stripped of their wings or choose to fall. Either way, when an angel falls, they become stranded on Earth and are exposed to human things such as emotions. Unfortunately for the angel, who only wanted to live peacefully on Earth, a demon finds her in her helpless state and seduces her. Even worse, she has no memories of being one of Heaven’s soldiers, allowing the demon to take full advantage of her. It might be in his plans to turn her against his enemies or rivals but first he needs to somehow retrieve her wings. [gender roles can be switched]

Android Heart
The whole forbidden love thing between a robot and human in an apocalyptic setting seems very appealing to me.

*Plot 1 is more Terminator-esque. Doomsday has gone and passed and robots are the absolute enemy. Until they start to grow minds of their own. It could be like the latest movie where he truly believes he is human, or the robot simply started developing emotions. Obviously the relationship here would be much more complicated as opposed to Plot 1 all robots are the enemy. If you like the sound of this please PM me and we can work out a plot.

*Plot 2 is partly inspired by iRobot. It would be set in the future obviously, where androids are a part of everyday life. Trouble arises when the androids start to gain self-awareness. The news only reports of the violent acts that raging robots have committed but none on the softer, more humane events that occur-- such as love. Unfortunately the government has determined self-aware robots to be a danger to society and ordered them all to be hunted down and destroyed, as well as anyone helping them. They will have to run to stay alive but can they truly outrun the government?
