I think that if it's the fire dragon that's the captain, it does sound logical for his brother to be first mate. But all depends on what you guys wanna do, honestly =D

I was thinking about making two, indeed. I mean, c'mon. Lightning Swordsman. And he's a doctor. I have a good idea about him, it's originally what I wanted to do. The idea of a zoan dragon occured to me only a few days ago XD

Here's a crew idea, because this is the vibe I'm already getting from this forming crew;

The Dragon Storm Pirates.

The go wherever the fuck they want. Weather can't say shit. But They're fucked as soon as they sink, unless the merman brings 'em all back to land XD

Storm Logia basically. I got the idea from whenever Luffy's dad showed up it would start storming no matter what. It could be sunny, not a cloud in the sky and 80 degrees. As soon as Dragon showed up, clouds rolled in, wind, rain, thunder and lightning. I thought it would be interesting.

Storm Dragons? Rolls off the tongue a bit better, lol.

Here's an idea that's been trotting in my mind, you guys are probably going to confirm my thoughts. To keep his powers under control, a logia-user would wear kairoseki jewelery, like a pendant or a ring. Wearing the object would make them seem like a normal human until they would take it off.

My guess is that it wouldn't work because it makes them limp at contact and therefore would only result in them being a vegetable until the take it off.

Uh, I don't think any devil fruit user would willingly go within a hundred feet of seastone :P

Yeah. The effects are so adverse that no Fruit user would willingly wear anything seastone. Even Smoker who has a seastone jutte always were gloves and a jacket so he doesn't accidentally touch it.

Might I suggest a paramecia fruit based off of Usopps plants? Sort of a fusion where your body maintains the nutrients to grow them and you just need to keep the seeds at hand?

Which means they could just grow off of you or you could throw them at people? I don't think it would count as a Logia type, though :P
