Ok, I'm looking for a roleplay set in a world that is severely overpopulated by men. As such the government has a day where boys are selected by lottery to have their parts cut off in front of their entire school. You'd play either a teacher who wants to give him a taste of what he'll miss before leading him to the stage and cutting him, or a cheerleader type friend who secretly gets off knowing he's going to lose his cock today and teases him about it.
