Rider Classification: Warrior (Devastator Specialization)
History (Optional): Talare is part of a minor species of scaled and horned humanoids that evolved on a tropical world within the periphery. While naturally about as intelligent yet physically stronger than humans, they were not at the same technological level as the human settlers of the region, and were partially uplifted by their new neighbors, becoming staunch allies of mankind in return.

When the continuous threats to galactic peace and civilization kept massing near her home, Talare was one of her people that signed up for the new Rider program to defend the alliance between the periphery. She had never considered herself a violent person, but actually turned out to have a great aptitude for the training - and maybe just a bit of a hidden side that she wasn't even aware of that actually enjoyed learning how to fight beyond her desire to protect her home.
SOUL

Name: Alleria
Personality: Alleria is a professional, yet warm and caring Soul, that makes sure Talare stays aware of her surroundings even while utilizing her movement capabilities to dart across the battlefield and weave in-between bullets and worse. Yet she also slightly worryingly seems to encourage her Rider's tendency for bloodlust, and considering Souls are partially created from brain scans, this probably doesn't speak the best about Talare's actual mental stability.

FRAME

Talare's FRAME has been optimized for speed and mobility over defense, allowing for rapid boosted movement over even the roughest of terrain by utilizing in-built jet boosters that grant it incredible parkour and gliding abilities. It has no ranged combat capabilities, but is equipped with a mono-molecular blade that can be wielded easily in one hand. Its nanomagic emitter allows Talare to briefly boost her speed even further, parrying and weaving in-between machinegun fire.

Arsenal

Centurion is the Arsenal of Talare and is optimized for massive offensive power while maintaining some of Talare's agility. The left arm is equipped with a smaller metal shield that can expand an energy kite shield capable of blocking ranged and melee attacks, while also having a clawed hand capable of gripping onto foes and slicing through foes. The right arm has a modular hand which can switch between a Hellstorm Heavy Machine Gun rapid firing what would be tank shells from any smaller vehicle, and an energy-based balde emitter generating a Solar Flare Saber. It is a much faster Arsenal than most, utilizing boosters within the feet and legs for rapid ground movement, but is entirely unable to glide or hover in the air in exchange for that speed.
