Enslaved; Or something like it. (F seeking M character)

The gist of it: Brainy girl enslaves brawny guy.

Just finished playing Enslaved; Odyssey to the West and loved it thoroughly. No game knowledge required - I'm itching to use the slave headband as a plot device for a game inspired RP.  We can make our own characters and do our own take. The concept is simple enough.

For those unfamiliar, the slave headband is a control device. If the slave disobeys verbal commands, the headband sends off some  rather painful, slightly disorientating toxins. If for whatever reason the captor's heart stops beating, the headband releases a lethal dose. She dies; He dies.

The setting is a lush post-post-apocalyptic United States a couple hundred years in the future. War, global warming, and the “Mech” uprising tore apart and reshaped the world to the point where history was completely forgotten (Think gritty, rag-tag cyberpunk and you're on the right track.) Our story begins after my girl reprograms a headband and enslaves your character - Out of necessity, mind you. Although technologically savvy she can't survive on her own in the wasteland. Your character being the beastly powerhouse that he is, is drafted as her body guard until they reach her destination. Intentionally left vague. We can hash out the details as we see fit. Largely intended as a more subtle romance with building sexual tension – No NC.

HARD MODE: Doing an actual Monkey/Trip role play. Game knowledge required. Whether it's little one-shots throughout their canon journey or we pick it up right from the end – I'd be SUCH a happy camper. Epic brownie points to willing victim.

This plot is intriguing. I rarely play a male in this position but it would be my pleasure to role play it, though i have no knowledge of this game you speak of regretfully. If you have a console there's seriously no reason for you to not pick up Enslaved - From what I've read it sounds right up our ally. True the game play and platforming could be a little clumsy and delayed at times, combat wasn't anything special.. But, it seriously had some of the best facial animations I've ever seen in a video game. Ninja Theory (the developers) tend to do an amazing job with graphics, voice acting, and story. The relationship between Monkey and Trip is not at all as blatant and cliche as I thought it would be. It's a more subtle romance but their bond feels so powerful and believable and it'ssogoodomgariug er /Nerd out.
