This is so stupid xD It's almost cool, but just so dumb. So, the soldiers in Terraformars have insect traits? Okay, I can get behind that, it's a cool theme to go with.

Edit: So, I just realized something. This Annex 1 team is supposed to be an XCOM like international collaboration, right? The best every country has to offer coming together for one specialist group, right? So why is everyone white? It didn't hit me until someone told me that Marcos, a character with blond hair and blue eyes and pale skin, was a Mexican. This is the most Aryan international effort I've seen.

Can I ask anyone for some opinions on Neon Genesis Evangelion? I watched a little of the old anime when I was younger, and then some of those newer movies that I know retell and then go off in their own direction with the story, but then there's a bunch of different manga that seem like they're doing their own thing too and my head starts swimming a little.  ???

I guess what I'm asking is what's good and what's bad? And is Shinji completely unlikable as a protagonist in all of it?

In my opinion, it's a good anime. Though skip episodes 25 and 26, just watch End of Evangelion in place of them instead. Shinji isn't the worst protagonist, just very mopey.

The last two anime's I've seen were Mushishi, Clannad and Fate/Zero. I really enjoyed these series.

I love watching anime, I pretty much watch a different series every week. I believe the next one I plan on watching is Steins;Gate.

My favorite anime of all time though is Monster. I absolutely love this anime! :)

I caught up with Fairy tail! Which almost made me start reading the manga again, which in turn would make me not want to watch the anime...   Still the two best things about the series is the world that was created, and the humour/general lightness of it.  Where shows like Naruto and Hunter X Hunter both have funny parts, they generally skew darker with the overall themes and focus more on "Using what you have in creative ways to get ahead" Whereas Fairy Tail might seem more like "Finding more strength inside of yourself in order to overcome obstacles" As many times they don't seem to ever be at full power until there is no other option.

So, I finished Terraformars. It was... okay? Surprisingly similar to Dragonball Z, though, if you had replaced Freiza with thousands of Mr Popos.

So, they fly to a planet. They land on the planet. It's a flat featureless plane. They stand in the same area and have a fight that lasts the entire season, ends in cliffhanger.

I'm also a fan of Egyptian Gods and Goddesses which is why I have Anubis inked onto my forearm! Beerus is supposed to be in the next animated feature as well if I remember right from the trailer.... I have a liking to Whis as well, just something about him....

Food Wars! is... very strange orgasmic food eating anime - I like cooking so I might keep watching~

Is it wrong to try to pick up girls in a dungeon? ... Seems like it might be fun. Watched one episode so far~

I haven't watched all the stuff returning or new but it is the most exciting time when there is nothing but possibilities~

Well recently I blazed through Ghost Hunt and now I'm feeling a little irritated now that I finished it. It was excellent and so well researched it almost made me cry because it seemed that someone actually sat down and read a book on the subject. I wanted more. It's awesome and I wanted more. I've already watched most of the similar shows. Another (this along with Ghost Hound are two of my favorite series), Ghost Hound, Dusk Maiden of Amnesia, and I just finally got around to watching Mushishi, but it's just not the same.

Also waiting for more episodes of the recent adaptation of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure; Stardust Crusaders to be released in dub form. Yes I prefer dubs. I can get involved in a story without the voice actors speaking English, but for some reason, it clicks more when I hear it in English. That and I like to do multiple of things when watching something. It's easier to multitask when I'm not trying to keep track of text at the bottom of the screen.

I haven't read the books but the Anime is good at least, i can definitely believe it when people say its the Starship Troopers of the East.  :-)
