  A teenager breaks both his arms skateboarding. After overcoming the embarrassment of having his mom and then older sister doing things for him that he is unable to do with his pair of hands on the disabled list he still finds himself in need of one other thing that he is at first shy to ask for. He eventually could ask his sister [or a brother], a male friend, a female friend or? It would start with a handjob and slowly progress.
