This role play is all about the human Pony bondage fetish. It will not involve bestiality.

PONY PLAY

For any unfamiliar with the concept of Pony Play, it is a particular BDSM fetish that involves the submissive character being dressed up in a costume that in some ways resembles a Pony. This can be anything from a full latex body suit complete with hooves and mask, to a simple leather harness around the more sensitive areas of the submissive's body. The Dominant then "trains" the submissive using any combination of cruelty and kindness, punishment and reward she or he desires.

Submissive Ponies can be physically ridden if they are strong enough and/or the Rider is light enough, but it is more common to have them pull a small, light cart specifically designed for the purpose. Ponies can be made to work in teams to pull larger or heavier carts. Ponies can be made to compete in races, do dressage, show jumping, endurance trials, basically everything a real horse could do. Ponies competing in anything except buggy racing would normally be expected to compete unencumbered by a Rider or cart, especially where jumps are involved.

Rewards can be whatever the Pony's Rider decides. They can be sexual, food related, they can simply involve giving the Pony a rest, or releasing his/her bondage slightly. Punishments can involve whips, tighter bondage, denial of pleasure, withholding treats, tighter bondage... again, whatever the Rider wishes, so long as no permanent harm comes to the Pony.

The Pony Palace Estate

The Pony Palace Estate is owned by Miss Rachel Helman, who is a very wealthy but somewhat eccentric lady, and sole proprietress of the Trixie brand label. This label covers a vast empire world-wide of multinational corporations. There is virtually nothing that Trixie doesn't have at least a small shareholding in. She owns a private island in the Caribbean Sea, on which she runs her pleasure business. Young men and women from around the world are lured to the island with the promise of money, free food and lodgings and kinky sex games. Most are there because they wish to be. Others are people Miss Helman has caught in some dishonest act in one of her many businesses, and have been made an offer, serve a year as Ponies in her pleasure farm or be reported to the police.

Miss Helman also employs a number of Grooms and stable hands, many of whom have served as Ponies and have asked to stay on. The Ponies who are there voluntarily are all paid a percentage of every fee that is paid to Miss Helman for their services. In addition, they receive free food and lodgings while on the island, which, while not the most luxurious, is at least comfortable. Those Ponies being punished are also provided free food and accommodation but it is more in keeping with what a real pony might expect, and they do not receive any income. Volunteer Ponies can of course, if they so desire, opt for the harsher lifestyle.

The estate occupies about half the island, the other half being the living accommodations of the estates employees and other service industries, with some farm land and public open areas. Ponies will be restricted to the estate unless being used to take a visitor into the town by cart. Human Pony-cart is one of two forms of transport allowed on the island, the other being electrically powered vehicles.

Game:

• The game will be placed in the Extreme Small Groups section initially.
• The game is open to all, regardless of physical gender, actual gender, or sexual orientation.
• The roleplay is about Human Pony Fetishism. It will also have elements of human milking (both female and male). 
• The setting is a large private estate, somewhere nice and hot where the day-time temperature is rarely below 25°C (77°F) and often soars into the high 30s (100s). I'm thinking probably a private island somewhere in the Caribbean.
• My character (as GM) is the owner of the estate. She is also a Pony, though a very exclusive one. She has a number of human Ponies, both male and female, on her estate. Most are there voluntarily, some are not. She charges wealthy customers an extortionate fee to come and play with her Ponies. If any one wishes to play with her, they must, of course, meet her very exacting requirements. 
• Character sheets will be posted below. Please use the sheet exactly as given. There is no reason for anyone to modify the sheet in any way and it makes my life easier. I will not accept character sheets that have been modified. Players will be allowed to create two characters only. Initially this will be limited to one Pony and one Rider. If I have a shortage of Ponies or a shortage of Riders I will open this up as appropriate.
• A familiarity with Pony Play is desirable, but not essential. This is a good website to research from   
• Players are asked to post at least once per week
• This game is based around a sexual bondage fetish, therefore sexual activity is not only encouraged, it is required! 
• Post tagging will be used to help identify who is where, when, and with whom.   

Game Master Info / GM(s) Participation Level (If/where applicable)

• I have two Co-GMs: Dashenka and Nymphadora. Both these players are empowered to act on my behalf.
• The game will be sandbox, with GM events thrown in from time to time
• The basic outline of the game setting will be provided by myself and the other GMs. Players are at liberty to fill in the fine details, but please endeavour to keep things consistent. If one player posts that there is a green tractor, for example, another player posting that the tractor is red would be wrong. The GMs have the right to ask players to amend any detail of their posts that does not fit the general setting.
• There will be a number of NPC grooms and stable-hands. These characters may be created on the fly by players and re-used by other players if they wish. Their sole purpose is to facilitate things like dressing, saddling, harnessing, milking, bathing, cleaning up, etc. Again please try to keep the descriptions consistent. 
• As GM I will have my own "player character", as will my Co-GMs. Additionally we may create NPCs that will further player interaction or introduce sub-plots. 
• There will be two OOC threads (assuming sufficient players). OOC Chat will be for general usage, and OOC-Game will be for specific game related chat. INITIALLY, only the general chat thread will be created.
• If you have any questions regarding the game at all, please either send me a PM or post in the appropriate OOC thread. IF you already have my IM, then you are welcome to use it, but please note that I do not accept random add requests! You may also ask questions of the other two GMs. If they are unable to answer they will refer the question to me.
• If you have an IC dispute with another player's character, resolve it IC. If you have an OOC issue, in the first instance PM the player concerned. If that does not resolve the issue, PM myself or a Co-GM. DO NOT raise issues in the OOC thread.
• There will be Non-Consensual activity between characters, but PvP fighting is strongly discouraged. However, there may, at the GMs' whim, be contests between player characters which will be resolved in some fashion to be decided as and when.

Additional:

• All players are advised to read, sign, and/or re-read The Oath of The Drake for Group RPs. It's mostly common sense and common courtesy, but it is surprising how often the basic principles enshrined therein are ignored.   
• My Golden Rule for Non-Consensual RP is that N/C applies to the character and NOT to the player. This should go without saying, but again, it is surprising how often it does not. If a player character is screaming "STOP STOP" in the IC thread, you are welcome to ignore them. If the PLAYER asks you to stop, you must stop!
• Players are requested to post at least once per week. If a player character is in the middle of an IC scene and is holding up the play of other characters, the GMs reserve the right to treat that character as a GM controlled NPC at our discretion in order to complete the scene and move the game forward. This will happen if a player has not posted in over a week and has failed to respond to PMs requesting that they do so. Players knowingly dropping from the game are requested to do so AFTER removing their character from play and completing any scene they may be involved in. Failure to do so will result in confiscation of the player's character by the GMs, who will then have the right to dispose of said character as they see fit.
• New players may join at any time. Ponies may simply "appear" in the stables, having been previously unnoticed, or may arrive as new Ponies (The former is preferable). Riders may simply arrive.   
• Players may write in whatever style, tense and Point of View they feel most comfortable with. I do ask that you be consistent, however.

Characters And Equipment

There will be two categories of player character, Ponies and Riders. Ponies will be submissive and Riders will be dominant. A player who is switch will be allowed to have one of each class of character. Additionally, myself and any Co-GMs will be able to have a special category of player character, that I am calling a "Staff" character. These characters will be able to switch between being a Pony and a Rider. (Note that this is not a requirement for being Co-GM, but is an additional incentive if desired.

Due to the wide range of Pony play equipment and styles available, and given that not all will appeal to everyone, and because I want this to be as inclusive as possible, I am going to allow Ponies to list which types of equipment and play they prefer and which types they do not want, and then allow the Riders to pick the Ponies based on these preferences.

NOTE: "Type of play" in this context also includes gender specific preferences. This game is Straight, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersexed friendly. No-one will be expected to roleplay with a partner who's gender they do not find attractive.

Types Of Pony

There are generally two types of human Pony: Two legged and Four Legged.

Two Legged Pony: A two legged Pony stands upright on his/her hind legs. This type of Pony can be ridden using a "piggy-back" style saddle but is more usually used to tow a cart. Two legged Ponies are generally more elegant and faster, and thus are more commonly used in races, dressage and show jumping events.

Four Legged Pony: A four legged Pony is made to go about on hands and knees, or even elbows and knees. This can be enforced if desired by simple bondage or by encasement in a "pet-play" suit designed to restrict the Pony's movements. A four legged Pony can be ridden by sitting on his/her back, with or without a saddle.  Four legged Ponies can be used to pull carts but at a much slower pace than two-footed. They can also be raced against each other and made to do jumps and dressage, but again it will be slower and less elegant.

Equipment

As already stated there is a wide variety of equipment available for Pony Play. Often referred to as "Tack", the same as the equipment for riding and working real horses, the various items are usually secured to the Pony's body in various ways.

Where necessary, images are provided. It is the Pony Player's choice what equipment may or may not be used on his/her character. Preferences and Dislikes will be specified in each player's character sheet.

Equipment is divided up by what part of the body it is worn on.

Head

Full Head Mask

A mask in the appearance of a horse's head, often with attached bit and reins. They come in a variety of styles and colours, some more realistic that others. The three styles pictured below are available at Pony Palace, in black, brown and grey.

Ears

Pony ears are available in black, brown and grey, on a variety of fixings from a simple plastic head band to a leather strap that is designed to attach to a halter or bridle.

Plumes

Head plumes in a wide range of colours are available to attach to ear head pieces or on straps with no ears.

Bits

The bit is one way for a Pony to be controlled. It passes through the mouth and is attached to the bridle and the reins are attached to either side. It also acts as a partial gag. Bits are available in wood, plastic, leather and metal.

Tongue Curbs

A tongue Curb is a flap that can be fitted to a bit. It serves a dual purpose in that it stops the Pony tonguing the bit, and also renders coherent speech virtually impossible.

Bridles, Halters and Head Harnesses

An arrangement of straps that fit over the head of the Pony. The primary function is to hold the bit in the Pony's mouth and attach the reins, and to restrict the Pony's head movements. They can also be used to attach plumes and ears, and serve as attachment points for some face masks.

Collars

There are two types of collar available at Pony Palace. Posture collars are tall stiff collars that force the head up, giving an elegant look. Shock collars can be used for negative reinforcement, the Rider has a remote control which delivers an electric shock to the Pony. The two cannot be used together.

Blinkers or Blinders

These are boards that attach to the Pony's bridle, on either side of the eyes and extending forward, blocking peripheral vision.

Ball Gag

A standard BDSM Ball gag. A soft rubber ball attached to a locking strap. Used to keep the Pony from speaking in the event a bit is not being used.

Arms

Monoglove

A single mitten that wraps around both hands, and usually laces tight up to the shoulders. Often there is a support strap that can attach to the Pony's bridle. This is not especially a Pony play bondage device, and is often used to put a submissive into a strappado on regular BDSM. However a monoglove can be used to pull the Pony's arms and shoulders back and force his/her chest out. Monogloves are available in black, white, blue and red.

Hoof Gloves

Gloves that can be locked onto the Pony's hands, which convert them into front hooves. These gloves prevent the Pony from using his/her hands, while still allowing him/her to make "realistic" movements with his/her forelegs. Some two legged Ponies and Riders dislike them but they are essential for a four legged Pony, unless the Pony is on elbows.

Locking cuffs

Leather or latex cuffs that lock around the Pony's wrists, and have a D-ring integral to them, enabling the wrists to be attached to each other, to harness, corset or cart shafts.

Body

Cat Suit

A leather, spandex or latex skin-tight bodysuit can be worn over the entire body. In real life these are often used to allow the Pony to be seen in public. In the Pony Palace they will be used to give the feel of the suit against the skin, in the most intimate of places. They also give an aesthetically pleasing finish to a Pony, especially if matched to a mask and hooves and contrasted to the rest of the tack. Cat suits are available in a  wide range of sizes, in leather, spandex and latex, in grey, black and brown.

Four Legged Bondage Suit

A latex or leather suit that comes with integral hooves on knees and either hands or elbows. The suit includes straps which attach the feet to the buttocks and optionally the hands to the shoulders. Forces the Pony to be four legged. Available in black only.

Corsets

Normal bondage wear corsets, in fact not necessarily even bondage wear. A corset can make a Pony's waist nice and slim make his or her chest stand out and can look elegant. Corsets for female Ponies can enhance the breasts, holding them up and out. They can also have rings on them in order to act as harness.

Harness

An arrangement of straps ostensibly used to attach the shafts of a cart to. Often also used to enhance the discomfort of the Pony. Can be used to attach sex toys and hold them in place. Restricts freedom of movement of the Pony

Clamps, Cages and Peircings

Normal BDSM clamps for nipples, Labia and clitoris, Penis/scrotum cages, and piercings of any erogenous zone can be used as attachment points for reins and/or harness

Tails

A Pony must have a tail. There are three types of tail available. The first type attaches to the harness just below the hips. This type has the advantage of leaving the anus free for use. The second type is attached to a but plug, on a spring mount that arcs up between the buttocks and allows a Pony to fuck him/herself in the anus as he/she walks. The third type is for female Ponies only and has a second plug that fits into the vagina. Both the latter two types are available still or vibrating. The tails are available in the usual three colours, black, brown or grey.

Legs

Hoof Boots

These are boots that force a pony to walk on tip-toe. The toe is shaped like a horse's hoof, the heel is raised to resemble a horse's hock.Some hoof boots have a real horse shoe attached. Proper hoof boots have no support to the heel.

Heel Hoof Boots

The same as Hoof Boots, but with a stiletto heel for support

Stiletto Thigh Boots

Ordinary stiletto heeled thigh boots

Platform Thigh Boots

Ordinary platform soled thigh boots

Activities

Various activities have been alluded to above. It is up to the Pony player whether he or she takes part in any of them. Please be aware, however, that the more you agree to take part in, the better time you will have in the game and the more use your Pony will get.

Sex with Rider: Preferences for gender will be specified and must be respected.
Sex with other Ponies: As above.
Riding: Riders are to use an appropriate saddle, and please take into account their character's weight when selecting a Pony.
Draft: Pulling a cart, with or without a Rider on board.
Team draft: Pulling a cart with one or more other Ponies, usually with a Rider and possible passengers.
Ridden racing: Basically piggy-back racing in Pony gear.
Draft racing: Racing pulling a cart with a Rider in.
Free racing: Racing unencumbered by cart or Rider
Steeplechase: As free racing but with jumps.
Show Jumping: Jumping over jumps in an arena, against the clock, with style. Unencumbered.
Dressage: Strutting around and looking pretty, showing how clever and obedient you are.
Punishments: Anything from whipping to orgasm denial, excessive milking (too much of a good thing) to suspension bondage.

Milking: This is a special activity. Ponies can be injected with a hormone to make them lactate - note that male Ponies can also lactate, but risk growing breasts from the hormone. Any Pony who is lactating will need to report daily for milking. Male and transgender Ponies not injected with the hormone may still report for "milking", only it isn't their nipples that are milked!

This list is by no means exhaustive. If a Rider wishes to do something to a Pony that is NOT covered in the list, I ask that the Rider's player make sure the Pony's player is okay with it first. The same goes for specific punishments. Just because a player wants their character punished doesn't necessarily mean they want them half drowned in the water trough... For example.

Notes

Player Character Restrictions:

Players are restricted to a maximum of two characters each.
To begin with, one character must be a Rider (Dominant) and one a Pony (submissive)

All Pony characters are either voluntarily there, seduced by the offer of free food, free lodgings, good pay and kinky sex on a tropical paradise, OR they have been caught doing something dishonest by Miss Helman and are trying to avoid a prison sentence. However, there is no restriction on either type.

Pony Specifics:

Just to be clear, the ons and offs for tack and activities are player ons/offs. If YOU don't want something put it as an off. If your character will hate it, but you would like to see it happen, put it as an on.

Basically list any of the items from the equipment lists (assuming you can read them) and activities list. Also anything else, that you would like to draw attention to, that may or may not be listed in your player O/Os.

If you do not wish to be a two legged pony but only a four legged pony, or vice versa, please make a note of this in the activities O/Os.

In the list in the previous post, you may notice that ponies now have their gender listed as "mare" for females and "stallion/gelding" for males. While ponies are not required to be bred with other ponies, it is an option open to players if they wish to pursue it. However, all female ponies are given a contraceptive shot so they don't actually get pregnant.

Male pony players may be worried about the "gelding" part... Well it's okay, we aren't going to actually geld you, but if your bits are placed in some kinds of bondage devices it's as good as... If a male player does not wish to be a "gelding" (however temporary), this should of course be noted that the player finds clamps and cages to be an off.

Dominant Preferences:

I have not asked for any preferences from the Rider characters. This is because the dominant players will get to choose which Pony/ies they play with, subject to the Sub's preferences, and will be allowed to clothe their pony/ies how they lake within the restrictions laid down by the sub.

RULES OF PLAY

These are my standard OOC rules of play for group games. I put them in every group game I run, usually with minor variations to suit the specific setting. I like to think there is nothing draconian or unacceptable here, and I ask all players to read them. Submitting a character sheet to me implies that you have read and are in agreement with these rules.

This is a sandbox roleplay. What that means is that I as GM provide you the players with an environment to have fun in! You can explore it, you can fuck each other senseless, you can sit in a corner and mope, you can go wild and run amok in the paddocks.

I don't mind what you do, so long as you do something!

With a sandbox RP, it's down to you guys to make the story, not me. Oh, I have a few sub-plots I am going to throw at you, to see how you react, but other than that, it's your game guys. Do with it what you will...

RULES:

• The GM's word is law. This does not mean I'm not open to discussion, but if it comes to an impasse, if a decision needs to be made, or a discussion is getting out of bounds, I will render a decision that I expect to be abided by. I will do this based upon context.
• Respect other players ons and more importantly, their offs! This is NOT negotiable. Ons and offs are there for a reason. If you feel someone has broken this rule, please PM them first to talk about it. If they will not change their post, then contact me via PM and I will deal with it. Please note that persistently ignoring another players O/Os is grounds for reporting to staff!
• Try to post at least once a week. If you know you will be unable to post for a while please let us know in advance in the OOC. it is a good idea to create an Apologies/Absences (A/A) thread so everyone you are RPing with knows where you've gone.
• If you know you are going to be away for a considerable time (more than a week) please bring any story-arcs you are involved in to a conclusion , or extract your character from them.
• If you find your character is sitting around doing nothing, post something to the OOC, or PM me. If you wait for someone to interact with you, you will wait a long time. Let me know and I will create a NCP for you to interact with.
• If you have any questions about anything in the game, ASK! The only stupid questions are "how many beans make five" and ones that aren't asked!
• The OOC-Chat thread will be for people to chat. I have no problems with you guys discussing the latest football results if you wish, (although I'd rather you didn't), because it means you are getting on as a group. Use that thread as you see fit. The OOC-Game-Discussion thread will be for players to discuss sub-plots, interactions, competitions, and match ponies to riders.
• Please tag all IC posts using the code that will be supplied, editing the details as appropriate. This will enable other players and myself to track where everyone is.
• There is no rule 9.
• Players who drop out of the game without ending all story arcs they are involved in will have their characters confiscated by the GM(s) and manipulated as NPCs in order to allow any story arcs to be concluded. The GMs may, at their discretion, offer such characters to another player to continue playing with.
• Please try to post a minimum of 200 words per post. If you post short once in a while, that isn't going to be a problem, but doing so consistently will draw my attention and I will ask you to expand your posts. If the player you are responding to has not given you enough material to write a decent length post from, PM them and ask them to expand their post.
• God-Moding is a big no-no, but in a n/c game a certain amount of "moving the story on" needs to be expected. Auto-hitting is something most of us despise, but if your pony is harnesesed to the cart and you whip her behind, she isn't exactly able to dodge it, is she? Use common sense! If you feel you have been god-moded, talk it over by PM, and if you cannot reach a satisfactory solution, bring it to me or the other GMs.
• HAVE FUN! This too is non-negotiable. If you aren't having fun, I would like to know why, so I can change whatever it is that is stopping you having fun!

The Pony Palace Estate

As mentioned previously, The Pony Palace is a private estate on a small-ish Caribbean island. The island itself is in the British Virgin Islands. The estate occupies almost half of the island, the other half has a small village with a port, shop, airstrip, a few fishing boats, doctor's office, school, police house and that's about it! The islands population (excluding ponies and riders) is around 150. Many of the islanders work for Ms Helman on her estate, in some domestic capacity or other. Those who disapprove of what goes on there have been "paid off"and either given jobs off the estate or relocated off the island. (Please note: I am deliberately not saying which island as it is totally unimportant).

The estate itself consists of a magnificent colonial style mansion (pictured above), in which Miss Helman, her sister and senior staff live, and in which guests who visit to ride the ponies may rent rooms.

The grounds of the mansion are quiet and secluded, there is a swimming pool and access to a private beach with plenty of sporting facilities such as jet skis, surf boards, wind-surf boards, sailing dingies, kayaks. Guests are of course permitted free access to these facilities. For a small extra fee they may bring ponies in to the grounds of the mansion too.

Just outside the mansion's grounds to the West is the stable block.  this block is U-shaped. The west wing houses voluntary ponies. Each room has a door that can be bolted from the inside, has an en-suite shower and toilet, a bed, a desk and chair and it's own electric light switches. The East wing has smaller rooms, with stable doors that cannot be bolted from the inside but have a padlock on the outside with the key hanging nearby, out of reach from inside. These rooms have a straw mattress on the floor and a bucket underneath a small water spigot in the corner. The North wing, at the base of the U, contains the tack rooms, communal showers, sluice rooms and communal toilets for use by the naughty ponies.

About ten yards South of the stables is the dairy. this is where ponies must reportt to be milked. The milking machines can be set to give pleasure or discomfort depending on how hard they suck. There is also an electrical feedback switch to punish ponies that misbehave while being milked. For ponies with available orifices, a metal plug or two can be inserted that will give rewards by vibration or punishment via electric shock. These plugs can also administer a warm soap water enema during the milking process.

Beyond these two buildings are various paddocks, some grass, some cinder. There is a barn that has a sawdust floor and can be used for indoor training and events. A mile long oval track is to the south of the Mansion. inside it is a slightly shorter steeplechase track with artificial hedges. An annex to the barn is the punishment room and resembles a medieval dungeon, or BDSM playroom.

Between the stables and the barn is the garage where all the carts of different sizes and styles are kept.

There is also a large meadow where ponies can be allowed to frolic if they have been good.

Food:

Riders eat in the dining room at the mansion, food is of first class quality and caters to a variety of tastes. Breakfast and Dinner are included in the cost of the stay. Lunch is extra. There are snack machines in strategic locations around the estate, and packed lunches can be ordered from the kitchen the night before to be collected and paid for at breakfast. Room service is charged extra. There is a bar in the mansion that serves drinks from noon to midnight. Drinks are not included in the price.

Good ponies are fed twice a day on a simple healthy balanced diet. Breakfast is fruit juice, toast and muesli with milk. Dinner is a salad, with plenty of vegetable protein, and a choice of fruit juices. Especially good ponies may be rewarded by riders with alcoholic drinks. Fruit juice and water is available to the ponies at all times.

Naughty ponies are fed twice a day on dry muesli. They have an unlimited supply of drinking water, however riders may choose to withhold it as a punishment.

Miss Rachel Helman is based very loosely on a real person. Hellmanns is a popular brand of mayonnaise, here in the UK. "Trixie" is actually short for "Dominatrix". Now, some might say that the opposite of a dominatrix is a submissive. But really that is like saying the opposite of light is anti-light. (The absence of something is not its opposite). In the way that light and dark are usually considered as opposites so the opposite of a dominatrix would surely be a virgin?

Moving to the mayonnaise, there is a popular brand of pickle in the UK called Branston Pickle. The Virgin group of companies is owned by Sir Richard Branson.

Sir Richard owns a private island in the Caribbean too. And where else would it be, than in the British Virgin Islands!

There will be NO kidnap victims, and no-one who did not know what they were getting into.

The logical next step was a restaurant chain. Soon her investments included multinational corporations, publishing companies, a travel agency, several telecommunications companies, firms of lawyers, investment houses, she even started her own bank and offered a credit card service.

Of course the logical step was to buy her own island in the caribean. But with her companies largely running themselves and only requiring her oversight on odd occasions, she grew bored. Rachel enjoyed living the life of the play-girl, but her real desire was to indulge her bondage fetish. and so she set up The Pony Palace. Personality: Charlotte was, unlike her big sister, not as succesful in life. She made a lot of wrong decisions, none which she regrets. She's a firm believer of living life to the max and if that involves leeching of your much more succesful sister, so be it. What she doesn't know is what she really wants with her life. Charly has no real education making finding a job rather hard. Since she moved to the island with her sister, she found that the luxury life is really something she enjoys and the power that comes with it. Like with most people, the lifestyle has changed Charly. From the shy introvert girl to a rather arogant and snobby brat who won't take no for an answer. Of course, all of this is because her sister supports her but Charly has her ways of even manipulating her sister into keeping her on the island and supporting her and it's not only sisterly love.

Charlotte is not very bothered with setting goals and takes life as it comes, day by day and often gets frustrated with her sister telling her off for doing it. Overal though, Charlotte is two personalities in one. Friendly, open, warm and sometimes a bit childish towards the guests and ice cold and cruel to the ponys in her dairy farm. Despite her sister, she is not often found riding a pony as she is too busy relaxing naked by the pool but when she does, she pushes the ponys to the limit.

Over the months, Charly has been noted for wearing less and less and is frequently seen walking almost naked through the house.

History: Charly didn't have much to live for at home in England and when her sister bought the island, her parents insisted and she asked to come along. She would do menial house jobs like cleaning and cooking but as her own business went more succesful, she quit them.

While having fun with one of her sisters clients in the early days of the island, she overheard him saying something to his friend. They were talking about the business Rachel had set up and how they could do something similar. Soon the milking got mentioned and that night, Charly went to her sister, warning her about their ideas and suggesting she would do it first. After a little persuation, Charly got control over her own idea. Now on the island, she runs what she refers to as the dairy farm. It gives her the power over the pony's on the island, humiliating them in their most vulnerable positions. In the process, she even managed to get a small business running shipping the 'milk' to nearby resorts, keeping the ingredients a secret.

History: Angelina, or Angel as she’ll be known as a Pony, was born in a sleepy little town in Columbia and attended the university in the near-by city for an eventual doctorate in veterinary medicine. She is currently in her 3rd year of study with more than she cares to think about ahead of her.

Angel managed to arrange to get a few days to gather it, but knew that it was a lost cause and in desperation, called a number in the back of a magazine for “Exotic and open minded ponies desired.” It promised a 1 year contract and good money and most of all, a place for her to hide while she made the money to get her body out of the meat locker…. When she arrived, she knew that she was going to be having sex with strangers, agreeing to it was a step up from rape, but got another shock when it was explained to her… after she had signed the contract, of course, and here she is… a pony-girl in a stable of pony-girls and nipples so sensitive that they have started to drip… drip?!?!

History: Jaana was an product of an enviroment. Her father was killed in drugdeal gone bad and her mother died week later on overdose, when Jaana was just five. That was the start of her institution spiral. First few years she kept doing good, but growing older, someone in the orphanage heard out what had happen and started to pick on her. It went physical more ofthen that not and Jaana was forced to change state run orphanages. It pulled her deeper and deeper into depression, until she found her calling. It was on highschool, when she found she excelled in sports and was growing nice form for gymnastics.

She practically devoted her life for her pursuit of sports. No matter how hard or exotic, she had tried them all. Swimming had stuck, and cheerleading. Both giving her the needed avenue to show her skills.

Now, few years older, our from the system, with her own place, Jaana works as an gym trainer. It gives her the needed freetime to pursuit her sports and money to keep her floating. Travelling is her new favorite thing, anything to blow Finnish dust away from her and be anyone she wants, where noone knows her. This drove her to Bali.

She loved the freedom of backbag travelling, aslong as her budget let her. With her looks and outwardly attitude she managed to grap jobs in beach bars giving longevity to her trips, and so was the case in Bali aswell. After few weeks, she met an guy who offered her place in exotic resort for filthy rich, as an yoga instructor in resorts Fitness center. Pay was decant and all seemed legit so she toke the offer.

The job opened doors for her. Not only did she got wellpaid job, but they had travelling option, as Trixie-Fitness was worldwide gym chain. She quited her job back home and dived face first into the  new opportunity. Not only did she start spening more that she made, she found that many rich folk left their wallets unguarded in the lockers. Bill here and there, noone noticed. This continued for few years. She toke advantage of the chain's travel option and in year, she had circled the world, and been paid to do so. Life could not be better. Not until the fateful day in Berlin.

Jaana had been in Berlin Trixie-Fit for an week, when at one evening, two suits came and told they were lawyers for the company and they presented her waterproof evidence of her pilfering. Over the few months, all around the world. She was mortified. Not only was her life ruined, she was following her fathers footsteps. Until elder of hte two made an offer she really could not refuse.

She was presented an change to earn the moneys back, every penny, and no police.
She toke the offer without second thougth. She signed the contract for PPE exhibit actor.

She was in for an rude awakening in the Pony Palace Estates.

History: Ada was born and raised in Korea, however her childhood was beyond anything she considered pleasant. Her mother passed away when she was only six leaving her with her father who had high expectations. Ada spent her childhood days learning things she found dull. She had numerous lessons even after school as her father had high hopes of her of following his footsteps and becoming a lawyer. Ada has grown to hate her Korean name as it resembles her mother's instead she insisted on using her English name much to her father's displeasure. 

As she got older Ada felt the pressure a lot more from her father, the moment she turned eighteen he insisted on sending her aboard to study law in which she refused resulting her father to disown her. She was stripped down to nothing and in order to survive she began modelling and being a backup dancer in music videos. Trixie was a company she came across when her boss mentioned them seeking models for their clothing advertisement, but she soon found out that there was a better offer. How could she pass up the offer of free food and shelter? Not to mention getting paid and staying on a beautiful beach. Without much thinking she decided to make a change in her life. To live a little.

Please note that, as it states in my signature and my A/A thread, I will be away camping from tomorrow, 14th July, returning on the following Monday, 21st July.

While I may have internet access, I cannot guarantee it. I should have phone access but again, this cannot be guaranteed.

If I have any sort of access at all I will be checking in from time to time, but players wishing to have character sheets approved would do better to PM one (or both) of the other two GMs for the duration. They both know the sort of character I'm looking for.

Personality: Despite her past, Meggy is a very well behaved and honest girl. She took in the lesson of her punishment and paid her debt to Miss Helman with, it turns out, pleasure! She had been in a leadership role for her short lived career and now, as Stable Manager, was a leader again. Though her more obvious pleasure comes from the heavy treatment some riders gave the ponies.

While hard nosed when she wants something her way, Meggy was also very tender and caring. The other ponies were like her children and that was how she cared for them at times, condescending and far from easy going at times. She strived to be a good example to her fellow ponies but will sometimes display an excess of prideful behaviour.

History: Meghan was an exceptional student in high school then later in college. Administration with a dribble of economics. She loved the orderly way an office ran and was recruited through an intern placement before she’d fully graduated. Trixie Group Holdings Ltd had been her first and only employer, in the end. She excelled at her role both prior to paid employment and after. She rose up quickly in the ranks of one of the many offices that peppered the globe, administration in the finance department of the main Canadian office in Toronto.

It was in this role that Meghan learned she could pilfer a little here or there. Being in administration in the finance department, meant Meghan had her hands in a lot of the systems and files that handled the funds for Trixie’s Canadian division. She started small but would occasionally take risks with bigger amounts. Her daring was her downfall. The meeting with her executives was the end of her career with the company. Or so she thought. Meghan was surprised and pleased to know she could avoid prison entirely by serving on Miss Helman’s private island. This, was of course, more appealing.

The reality of Meghan’s punishment and the service she would be providing was explained, and demonstrated upon her arrival. All of her belongings taken and stored away. Her clothes removed and training as a pony-girl began. She was initially resistant but a reminder that prison was not an island in the Caribbean Thus Meghan came to be a pony-girl. She was called Meggy from that point on.

Like most things in her past, Meggy excelled as a pony-girl. She blossomed under the strict control and even some of the more sadistic of riders. She bore whip marks with pride for the lessons learned. Structure and discipline. Strict harnesses and bonds and the large plug strapped in place deep in her ass that gave her a tail she swished with pride as she trotted for her riders. 

At the end of her year, Meggy was told she was free to go. It was of little surprise to some of the grooms and those riders that visited her specifically, that Meggy had found her place in the world. She was given audience with Miss Helman and told the beautiful owner of the island and resort, that she wished to remain on as a pony-girl for use by any and all who desired her. The reports that had been given to Miss Helman had been glowing, apparently. Meggy was honoured to be made stable manager. She was still a pony, still available for use of any kind at the whim of any rider that wished, but she was now in charge of the stables and, in a sense, the ponies that lived and served on the island.

Actually, the co-GMs have an app showing us where Chrystal is at all times, she knows we'll likely pop up on the campsite if we need something, likely with a tablet asking if such and such a character is ok, etc.

I am anticipating that some time over the next week, there will be a glut of male dominants seeing the female ponies and going "OOOH! FUN!"

Incidentally I am classing male players playing female dominatrices as male dominants. It is female players I'm wanting to attract. (For purely selfish reasons).

Actually, that came out wrong.

I'm trying to encourage females playing female Riders. Male players playing female riders are (I suspect) going to be quite common, as are male players playing female ponies.

And yes, there is a lot of muscling, winkling and cockling, not to mention the odd oyster and clam in my desires.... Mostly scallops though...

Yes we did have that conversation. You were very helpful. I was in that game, but I got very annoyed at being constantly ignored by the GM and erased myself from it in protest. Hence you wouldn't see me there if you looked now. I had about the only Viking type character. Anyway, I will continue my discussion with Nymph and submit something once I have a concept.

Personality: As a boss and the head of her own cosmetics company, Kristina is well liked and respected within the field. Rival companies envy her business and employees love how she is understanding and focuses on solving problems rather than dwelling on what caused it in the first place. To her work force she is kind and sweet but underneath her calm and sweet persona lies a seething mass of almost constant frustration and anger. Personality: Maya Shepard is Sweet kind caring woman, who will go out of her way to help her friends and those she cares about. She is very forgiving and very motherly. If someone is hurt and/or recovering from an injury, she will do her best to help them if they need help eating she will feed them and so on. She worries if she is away from those she cares about for to long.

However she dislikes anybody who is mean rude and nasty. While she had been taught by the orphanage to love all equally. She is Bisexual, in the fact that she does find men slightly attractive. However, she is more attracted to those of her own gender than males, as long as anyone treats her with the same kindness and respect, that she herself generally tries to treats others with, she does not care which gender you are. Though that frame of mind can be attributed to how she is still very religious, and as such she is the sort of person who would forgive them and would pray for them anyway. She can be stubborn, hard headed, and flat out defiant to anyone who is on her shit list. Though again she is forgiving if they realize their mistake and apologize. She also does not like people who mistreat her friends, woe to those who threaten lethal harm to her friends, She will beat the ever living daylights out of them even if it means being punished. She usually needs to calm herself down, nothing is a sure fire way to calm her down...except to apologize for doing whatever pushed her buttons in the first place. However she can never resist a good sweet juicy firm Yellow peach. One bite is nine times out of ten orgasmic. Despite this that does not mean she is going to calm down.   

History: Maya Shepard was an orphan who never knew her parents they left her at a catholic orphanage as a baby. I probably over use my U's adding them willy nilly to things that shouldn't be spelled with them. It's totally Google's fault. Google the search engine not Google the person on E.

So with point one, I believe you are referring to NPCs (Non-Player Characters). The top few posts of the thread have loads of detail both game specific and in the way of rules for group games. NPC characters may be created by players and re-used by other players. These will be mainly grooms and stable-hands, minor staff, basically. Chrystal has given detail on this in the GM Info/Participation section of Post #1, please check those posts and if you still have questions please feel free to ask them.

With point two, I am fairly certain it will be more up to the player but when Chrystal returns and things start getting more set up to run, that sort of thing will get all figured out.

Hope that helps! Go ahead and ask more question if I've been unclear (It can happen, especially if it gets late at night ;) )

Personality:

Sherry is usually a very driven, even aggressive person yet rarely malicious. She is extremely selfish and everything she does, has done, or will do, furthers some kind of goal for her. At the same time, Sherry doesn't usually go out of her way to make life worse for her fellow human being, provided they meet her often too-high 'standards' of living. Due to her love of exertion and high standards, Sherry hasn't had many lasting relationships. Truth be told, she's only had one, and she thought it was too much work. Though she tries to come off as her version of the "perfect human," Sherry is not as smart as she thinks.

History: Raised with three older brothers, a competitive nature was the first thing Sherry received from her family. Because she was surrounded by boys (her mother left before she could really bond with her) for most of her life, Sherry never picked up on the usual "girly" habits produced by the mainstream society. She got in fights at school, bullied her fair share of people, and even managed to get a spot on the usually all-boys' hockey team in high school. From a young age and through her teenage years, Sherry's love of exercise was reinforced by praise from her brothers and father, as well as a few women similar to her growing up. "Tomboy" was something she liked to be called.

During college, Sherry finally realized how easy it was to manipulate certain men using sex appeal alone. Since she was usually stronger than them, she had no problem defending herself if it came down to it, and she began to get away with cheating. Stealing in the form of expensive supplies came next, and eventually, Sherry tried to swap a few numbers at an old job. When she didn't get caught for that, either, she moved on to bigger and better things.

Sherry dropped out of school but managed to pay her loans off within two years thanks to her lucrative new position. At first, she didn't steal anything to build up a reputation of good behavior from the Chicago-based firm; soon enough, however, she slowly siphoned off enough money to make it possible for her to work only part-time. In her free time, Sherry made extra cash doing what she love: working out, and training others that paid her handsomely to join her.

Unfortunately, she got caught. Sherry suffered from a bout of ego and greed; after managing to take about ~$50,000 over the course of her two-year employment, her luck finally ran out when she tried to add an extra '0' to one of the numbers. Afterwards, Sherry was given a choice: go to court and likely spend the majority of her life in prison, or spend a "minimum of one year" at the big boss' ranch. Sherry chose the ranch, but it wasn't quite what she expected...

Personality: Melly is a smiling, charismatic southern belle. She is kind and generous with her time, help and possessions. However, she is also a bit lazy without the proper motivation and she is quite proud and vain. She likes to think of herself as the human equivalent of a dappled gray mare, far more of a horse than a pony, and a lot of that comes from how she tends to tower over many of the other female ponies. Her pride ends up being what others can use to motivate her, by giving her something of a challenge to prove herself. Of course, as often as not, she would volunteer to run the race or errand just for fun.

She's friendly, talkative and a bit playful - especially with the other ponies. With new 'riders' she tends to tease and disobey at first, testing the waters and seeing how much she can get away with. While that playful tease always stays to some extent, any rider who's earned her trust and/or love could easily get her under control with a single stern word or serious phrase. Her trusted handlers could also easily calm her once she became scared or angered. However, she can be somewhat possessive of those she's come to have a strong relationship with and doesn't accept a new pony's place in the team easily if she has to share the attentions of a favorite with them.

History: She was born into your typical conservative WASP family. Her parents were well-off and well-connected. She grew up with two siblings, one of each sex, private instructors in her early life and elite academies from 8th grade, onward. She was groomed to make a fine wive for a CEO or a politician since her family thought it best that ladies hold only supportive roles in business but were the foundation of any home. Church and college were seen as the two most acceptable places to find a spouse, though she didn't understand the point of going to school if you weren't allowed to make something of yourself.

She attended two years of college, obtaining an Associate's Degree while modeling on the side. Then she took a break at the request of her parents. It seemed they found a match for her among the rich businessmen her father had been dealing with for years. Chester was more than a decade her senior, he was from the same walk of life of her parents and was more interested in her as for bragging rights than for any amount of love or family. She never went back to school, choosing in stead to follow her parent's wishes to marry Chester. Afterward, she settled into the life of a homemaker but hated it after the first week of playing pretend.

Chester was hardly ever home and when he was there, he seemed like barely an acquaintance. They had a sex life but it wasn't anything like she'd expected and he never seemed to show her any other affection, aside from a peck on the cheek before going to work. She grew restless, turning to various hobbies to channel her energy. But it wasn't until she began to have an online presence that she really found her calling. She took on the hobby of online roleplay and quickly became exposed to more and more kinks and delicious ideas. Feeling bad about the lack of emotional connection she had with her husband, she decided to try to fix things through physical means. She tried to arrange for more romantic occasions, which he indulged in at first. Later, she began to try to spice up their sex life with a variety of ideas she was exposed to with her writing partners. When they got to the point that it was obvious to Chester that these were definitely not prompts taken from a ladies' magazine, he harshly rejected the new activities and props, making her feel ashamed for her interest.

After a few days, Chester apologized for "overreacting" and Melody took a weekend trip to a spa at his suggestion. She cycled through indignant anger, loneliness and shame until another customer picked up on her behavior and struck up a conversation. For one reason or another, she found it easy to relate to the other woman, even though their backgrounds were hardly similar. The girl, Elise, was Italian and had bright purple hair and various facial piercings. When the cause of Melly's frustration became apparent, the knowing Elise took her out of the spa and to a fetish club she was familiar with. After that experience, Melody was faced with the choice of heading back to her mundane, restrictive life or giving in to the BDSM lifestyle that had come to trill her so much.

She reached an understanding with Chester, that she could continue to indulge in those activities so long as no one around where they lived found out about it. He didn't want to look bad and her parents didn't want this to bring her family shame, but Mel was far more interested in having fun than complying with their wishes anymore. They didn't 'disown' her per se, but she began to attend fewer and fewer family functions and they began to gloss over her name or speaking about her life. The more time she spent away from them, the less she cared about what they thought about her choices.

Pony play became her favorite fetish and she moved to Chicago in order to take part in some of the more diverse fetish clubs there. Before long she came to find out about The Pony Palace and petitioned for a job with them since it seemed like nothing could be a sweeter setup for a girl like her.

To relax she loves getting lost in music, dancing , painting or even simply finding a beautiful spot that she ventures to alone or with a current favoured pet. Mostly she gets along with people. She is a vegetarian and some perhaps would see her as a tree hugger but she does not try and force her beliefs on others. A reason she fell in love with training pony men and women is because of her distaste against horse racing and what she considers to be barbaric events, where as the ponies at the palace are willing volunteers

History:  Violet had an interesting childhood and life as she grew up. Her family constantly traveled and her parents seemed content to let Violet decide what rules she lived by. They never shied from different beliefs, life styles from Violet especially when she turned twenty one and was introduced to BDSM. Her parents had never abused her or used but were there for her to answer questions and pointed her in the right direction when she wanted to experience elements of life that were frowned upon or others wanted to manipulate her into. She discovered a love for pony play when a partner asked her to use him as one. Unfortunately her desire to push the limits further exceeded his own and they parted ways. As Dasha says, for now, I'm keeping it to two characters per player.

There are reasons for this beyond the one Dasha said. In the past I have seen games killed by a single player who created so many characters that they literally had a finger in every single sub-plot in the game, got all their characters intricately involved, then dropped out.

This, by the way, is the origin of the rule relating to characters of players who drop out becoming the property of the game or words to that effect. No-one joins a game intending to drop out (at least, we assume they don't, although I have my suspicions about some people), but things happen. If your character is central to a scene, and you are forced to vanish for some reason, and we all know life happens, then this rule makes it fair on the other players who wish to continue the scene, that you have agreed at the start that the GMs can use your character and/or pass him/her to another player.

You should have done what I always do and state both metric and imperial. That way, I might actually have spotted it!

5'11" is 71" = 180 cm. I use a TI-36x calculator that has built-in functions to convert stuff, plus a load of constants like c, G, g, h and others.

Something Skyre's character made me aware of and I think needs to be made plane.

The height and weight are there for a reason.

If a rider character is 6'6" tall, they are going to have difficulty sitting on the back of a four-leg pony anyway, and it will be even more difficult if that pony is only 4'8" tall.

Equally, if your rider weighs 200 lbs, having them ride a pony who weighs 75 lbs is probably going to end badly...! And that goes for pulling carts too. If your rider character weighs a lot, don't expect a small, slightly built pony to pull him/her alone, at least, not very far or very fast!

I'm sure you can see the reasoning behind this: Suppose this were a game with some sort of fighting involved, and the GM approved your character based on having a certain number of weaknesses, so they were not totally invulnerable. Then between having the character approved and the point at which the game started, you slowly changed the character to make it stronger and less vulnerable? I'm sure you can see how unfair that would be.

I have just re-inspected your character, and it's still okay, but in future, please ask before changing an approved character. Thanks.

Yes, Pirate and I discussed how he had his Activities, looking for some advice. I gave him some wording suggestions. But yes, I did neglect to mention that significant changes are definitely not to happen without obtaining re-approval. None of the main of the sheet was changed. ;)

Having grown up with both wealth and good looks, Toby is rather used to getting what he wants with minimal effort, and what he mainly wants is to enjoy himself. Eschewing his family’s hard-nosed business-minded worldview for a far more hedonistic philosophy, he believes in enjoying his youth while he has it and taking full advantage of his family’s wealth to live a lavish lifestyle; dressing in the best of clothes, eating the finest of meals, attending the trendiest parties and nightclubs, and generally refusing to take anything especially seriously.

He has grown up in a life of privilege, enjoying a high level of comfort and benefiting from the very best of private schools and college.

For the last year Toby has been interning at a Trixie Enterprises subsidiary that has close dealings with his father’s hotel chain, providing in-house restaurants, event planning, and catering services for their guests. No doubt his father hoped the Helman work ethic would rub off on him in a way his own has not. His performance has been less than stellar so far though and, following a painful breakup with his long time girlfriend that left him despondent and even less productive than usual, the Pony Palace island retreat was pointed out to him by his mentor as a potentially fun, kinky, and distracting means of getting his mind off of things.

Intrigued and always one for new experiences, Toby has decided to give it a try, assuming an enjoyable lighthearted vacation with plenty of no-strings attached sex awaits him, perhaps not fully aware just how seriously the Palace takes itself and its contracts.

Toby does not have a strong relationship with his family, particularly his conservative nose-to-the-grindstone father who views him as something of a disappointment due to his sexual proclivities and lack of ambition. His mother currently lives on the east coast and their relationship is distant at best, and most of his siblings seem to adhere closer to Herschel’s mold than his own. History: Working on the farm at home, he was constantly around horses and other farm animals.  Growing up with them, the thought of being one never occurred to him.  Not until he went to school, helping pay for his schooling with a bit of a modelling career on the side.  The amount of money he made allowed him to go to school for computer programming, showing the world and many people who seemed to judge him at first glance for being an idiot, that he was much more intelligent then people would initially give him credit for.

Personality: Daira is one that believes knowledge and experience is the best way for a person to understand themselves and each other. She is a person that more often than not would try and go beyond her own limits to see how set in stone they are and wishes others did the same. She is one that tends to speak her mind when the situation calls for it but also one to simply disappear into the back ground. She has a vivid imagination and a impossible curiosity that seems ever thirsty. She is one to not refuse any experience from small to life changing. Daira is none religious but will listen and discuss a variety of topics unless she is being preached to.

When angered Daira tends to be one that falls silent and practically has a chilling air about her though thankfully that is rare and far between as she tends to be quite a happy person over all.  When she is angry the best way for her to settle down is often to push her physical limit. She loves to run off frustration and anger rather than hang onto it. She is sometimes a little too nosy and often does not realize the difference between polite and rude when she has the urge to learn about someone. She is though an observer and a great keeper of secrets, her own and others. She can at times have a little cheekiness to her nature though she does not tend to mean any harm or genuine upset. At times she uses that to try and lighten a stressful situation.

History: Daira has had two loves of her life since she could remember. One was computers and the other writing. As she made her way through school life she entered as many competitions as she could and more often than not would come in the top three winners in both activities but she put aside her love for computing when she posted her first journal blog about a near death experience. It was this near death experience that taught her to take nothing for granted and not to miss anything. That was the beginning of her curiosities to how other cultures lived, beliefs and eventually the sexual habits of others. 

Her blog had gained quite a crowd of followers and not long after her eighteenth birthday she was approached by a company to write for them. Personality: Born a rebel into wealth, Esmeralda grew to disparage her privilege and status--she always saw the price of conformity as too high.  She would not be cowed into wearing dresses and arranging herself pleasantly and learning the foxtrot.  Classical music and outdated poetry of the sexually repressed, she felt, could not possibly extol the truths of her nomad soul.  She fought back.

Ultimately, realizing she was her own undoing has put Esmeralda into a fractured state.  She has become utterly servile as a form of release from her responsibilities and in the hopes of finally being able to indulge in the sexual desires she has always felt and never been allowed to express fully by society.  Quick to buck up but also quick to settle down, she enjoys little more than being made to please her rider.  While still a rebel at heart, between her knees she knows she wants to submit.

History:

After months Esmeralda was a starving artist living off of the charity of her half-drunk patrons and surfing from couch to couch.  She was lured by offers of a lush retreat and sexual liberty to the island, and she enjoyed what she found there; the lack of control, the sexualization, the experience of being lowered to the level of a human animal.  For Esmeralda, it was release.  Release from the expectations she put upon herself as a legitimate street artist, release from the oppression of straight-laced Bostonian society and its skeavy underbelly she hardly preferred.  Here she lived amidst grandeur with a very clear, simple set of goals in life.  She willingly became a pony, but secretly she would rather have never had the choice.  No second thoughts about what could have been then--just blissful obedience.

Personality: Calm, poised and graceful in movement. In almost every way Grace is her name sake. Well if you only look at the surface anyway. Below that calm exterior is another personality all together if one simply know what buttons to push if a person dares. She has a desire to be in control, to dominate and certainly to push a person to their limits and see what becomes of them. She is not one to be cruel though and only punishes when she feels it is deserved though that does not mean she enjoys it any less.  She avoids foul language as much as she can though is quite aware that the use of it can just be the right touch to a scene to push someone over the edge.

If someone wishes to truly get under her skin they simply have to bring up animal cruelty, the suffering of others in the world and wait to see her pulse point appear and her anger to rise. The perfect lady to some, the girl with the heart to others far less polite that make her smile when they are cried out whether it because of pleasure or pain.

History: Grace's ancestors were Lord's and Ladies of time gone by. Aristocrats and the hands behind holders of power. Once...anyway. When Grace examines their pictures and portraits carefully she would wonder whether they now turn in their graves. They enjoyed hunting, had slaves and considered themselves to be above all others. Only a few rungs below God himself in some ways. Now though her parents are ones that spend their time raising money for third world countries to have clean water , donating money to numerous animal charities and several of their plots of land have also been given to raise sanctuaries in their names. When they are not raising money they traveled the world trying to make it a better place in as many ways as possible.

It was in the chaos of traveling, saving animals and catching moments with the camera she was given on her seventh birthday that she learned what she wanted to dedicate her life to and she did.  Up until recently her life was quite normal by her standards, she had minor brushes with various countries laws but always managed to only just avoid being caught.  Until two years ago anyway when she got caught releasing animals bound for scientific testing. Unfortunately she got caught while her parents escaped. Personality: Eris finds it very necessary to know exactly why someone is being commanded to do something, which is why she lacks fondness of government officials; she believes they often are able to make decisions for others without explaining their reasoning. She detests even the slightest bit of unfairness, or what she deems unfair anyhow. Even thought she often looks fragile and harmless, and may act like it too, she know very well how to handle herself. She prefers being a kind and gentle person, but it bothers her immensely when someone tries to take advantage of her kindness.. Those who are lucky enough to be on her good side are treated very well, she will often do small favours for her good friends without a moment's delay; as for getting on her good side it doesn't take much. As long as a person is courteous and kind with her she will very quickly grow attached.

Even though she may not clarify it she does, at times, enjoy being controlled and thrown around by a partner, especially if the partner in question knows how to make her both at once feel helpless to sexual punishment yet safe from the rest of the world. She does enjoy being rough weather it be her dominating over an other or the other way around. All in all Eris is an easy person to deal with as long as you don't get on her bad side.

History: After Eris had finished high school she was, more or less, forced into the military by her family for financial reasons, not much information can be said about her military experiences as far as she is concerned she would say it was a typical two year service. She had the luck of never actually being deployed, thought she did have to deal with civilians during protests. She can say however that her experiences shaped her into a more obedient and fit person, as well as leaving a decent gash on her thigh. After serving the military for two years she was free to return home where she had discovered that her parents had both been sentenced to twenty years in prison for fraud.

Without a single relative to return to, seeing as her aunts, uncles and grandparents were either dead or had cut communications from her family long ago, she was forced to live of off the little money her parents had left. Knowing it wouldn't last her very long she decided she needed to find a source of income, but not any usual job would do; she did not under any circumstances want to live the rest of her life like she did her childhood, in poverty. She turned mostly to petty thievery. Stealing from immigrants mostly because they had no easy way of coming back once they left to search for there stolen property. One day as she was scouting around the city for a good place to steal from she came across a poster that solved all of her problems. She spotted a poster on a street corner, this is what it read:

Do you want to earn a lot of money having fun in a tropical paradise?
Then ring this number. (We will explain what the catch is before you sign up)"

Eris considered herself attractive, believed she was a prize in bed and of course needed some money, so she didn't hesitate to give the number a try. After a short talk on the phone she was informed that she was to become a pony if she chose this line of work. After she was taught what a pony was she made arrangements to fly out to the Caribbean, and was soon on her way to a better life.

Inexperienced in general in the relationship sector, he would go about it saying that he was too busy with school to have bothered about getting his love-life going really, to explain his only experience being three half-hearted attempts at a relationship which never went beyond movies, cuddles and some fumbling. Having endured a small amount of bullying in school, he picked himself up half-way through high-school and while not becoming the party king, had acquired a regular circle of friends by the time that he graduated.

Going on straight to law school, he once again displayed an easy grasp of academics, while also engaging in some of the social activities going on on campus as well as becoming part of the university’s track-and-field team, earning him a lean, toned body to go with his smartness.

Graduating quite on top of his class, he applied for and was hired as an assistant legal clerk in a local headquarter of Trixie Enterprises courtesy of a well-meaning executive that knew his parents, overseeing books and registers for tax purposes. Being into the job for a mere two months, he came across irregularities that would have made any IRS official lick their lips in anticipation. It appeared the local office had diverted almost a million by then, booked to a Swiss bank account. Bringing the matter up to the head of the local office, Simon had no idea he was just talking to the very exec who was behind this, and only realised his mistake when he was told to keep quiet curtly and transferred a sum of money that easily would have made short work of his due refund for his student loan in no time onto his company account.

Still, even before he could decide whether to go with this immoral offer or talk to someone higher up, corporate security found out about the activities, and with thirty grands he could not explain for on his company account, he was given the choice to try his luck in court and in any event blot an until-now spotless record or sign up for a year of “special training”.
Having been given the specifics of this program had made his ears turn bright red, but also had sent a tingle down his spine and with shaky hands, he had signed the agreement to undergo a “company re-orientation course”.

One day he came with an advertisement for the Pony Palace, which he showed her, saying "I wonder if they could break you in?" They discussed it a lot as Nancy was reluctant at first but with the proper enticement, she finally accepted the challenge. Her challenge would be to stay there for six months and never to win a single medal, herself or her rider, nor complete any training or mission. They both knew that she had the skills to win any race but it was her willpower that they would be testing there. Winning a prize or completing a training would mean that she had been tamed into an efficient ponygirl. Secretly, her boyfriend hoped that indeed they would break her in and send her back home a docile, obedient pony.

Thus they filled the subscription form together, checking all the harshest settings. He would receive weekly reports about her progress to see how she was progressing. Before posting the form though, her boyfriend added a note stipulating that, under no condition, she should be allowed to feel any kind of pleasure. He added this note to make her stay more challenging, but also to avoid the risk that she had a love affair with someone else.

History: Marc's undergraduate degree is from Lousiana State University in Pre-Law.  He had a job in New Orleans, LA working for a prominent lingerie store within the Trixie Group as a retail associate.  He was worked his way through college his academic performance was exemplary as was his work record.  Managers noticed the bright young star and he had been promoted through ranks of Trixie's presence in New Orleans until he graduated.  Having an impressive 4.0 GPA at the completion of his undergraduate studies, he had an affinity for his employer, a nationally recognized fast paced company bent upon success.  He had decided that if he could continue to work for Trixie through Law School he would choose a school in the same city that he was offered a job.  His resume' came with glowing recommendations from his supervisors and his academic profile spoke for itself. 

Marc relocated and became a legal associate and began to pursue his law degree.  He had charm and a business acumen that had gotten him noticed early on by those above him.  He had spent a few years working closer and closer to some of the core enterprises that were near and dear to the illustrious Rachel Helman herself.  Over the years, he served on the teams of the inner workings and was a staff intern to the lawyer responsible for the contracts that involved punishments for employees.  His affinity for Trixie and for the brilliant woman at the head of the organization had been an inspiration to him.  The inside working knowledge of Pony Palace from an administrative point of view was a position of trust, that he had earned.  Eventually he was included in several meetings regarding particular logistics and he had a hand in carrying out several contracts and legal arrangement related to it. 

All the while, he was impressed with Rachel and had learned from some of the inspirational statements she would make about being a self-made person and going for the things one really wanted in life.  He was an upwardly mobile man ready to become a lawyer, but Ms. Helman's words had stuck with him, several times speaking either directly or indirectly about the role she had such an affinity for as a Pony herself.  Marc had done his own research and through the constant exposure to the nature of Pony Palace, Marc had decided to take Ms. Helman's advice to heart.  Rather than secretly envying the men and women that were either punished or volunteering their time, he decided to ask for a transfer.  He opted to set aside his career in favor of voluntary service at the Pony Palace.  Marc was aware that he was fit and attractive enough to make the grade.  He might even make enough money for Trixie as a pony as he was contributing his work.

Marc had met and has spoken with Ms. Rachel Helman through his work.  He had always been polite, bright and intelligent and extremely professional.  He made his application to her directly in a daring move in private.  His last assignment was to make his own arrangements for a one year stay.  The name "Eagle" was given by Ms. Helman referencing his work as her 'Legal Eagle' for his work on such delicate matters.

Personality: Sophia is a very accepting girl that gets along with everyone. She is pretty laid back and is usually calm person who likes to have a good time. Some things that push her buttons is people being rude to her or her friends, that is a good way to get on her shit list. Men hitting on her, she is okay with hell if she likes you ( as in you amuse her) hell she will buy you a drink, but when they are aware that she is only into girls and they keep at it ticks her off, good way to get punched by her. You treat her right, she will treat you right. Treat her badly, well you’re going to be in pain.

Once in foul mood, she becomes distant and detached from whoever she was with be it friends or family. The only thing that calms her down is being alone or being alone with a good comic. Her way of calming done varies. One day it could be a comic, other day playing a video game, others it yoga or a 2 mile run.  Once she is back to her carefree laid back, calm self she well return to her friends or family explaining to them that she was upset and needed some alone time.

History: Sophia’s life wasn’t the greatest, at the age of one year she was left by her parents at a local orphanage she was about four when she was taken by a lesbian couple. She was taken well care of in a loving home and parents that loved her. The first time she say anything fetish related was at the age of ten during Halloween. The red head Jasmine was dressed as Catwoman and Abigail the blonde was a latex clad horse. Of course Sophia didn’t know any better, enjoying the night with her parents, she never forgot the look of the material her parents wore that might.

While she grew older she was told not to enter a certain room, but being the curious creature that she was. She went in it any way at the age of eighteen and saw gear ranging from crops, paddle and gags. She was discovered and she seemed repulsed by the items. During her days in college she repressed the memories of the events.  As much as she wanted to fight the urges she failed miserably and to sedate her urges she did research and found a place near the school where she could purchase some of the items. Of course at point she was experimenting, but in a matter of weeks she was able to buy the items she needed. She tried them on during her first vacation and with each passing day that she walked around, she came to find out that she loved it. After her realization she stopped so she could focus on her classes while secretly indulging in her dark desire. She choose pony play as an escape from her every day stress like work and school. She has only had two months real experience in pony play as a pony. Something bad happened that caused her to leave her mistress. She is knowledgeable in dressage, cart pulling, gaits and racing.

She worked her ass of got a degree as a software programmer and found work rather quickly, this was against her parent’s wishes who wished she became a writer or lawyer. Saved a lot of money working three years in the field she loved.  After those there years she kind felt lost being not able to be out as a pony and she yearned to be controlled, to be told what to do. She wanted to be able to be herself and find a place where she would not be judged and it seems she did.

Personality: David is a no-nonsense type of individual who is an intense business man.  He has a military background and has been in the security business ever since.  He lives the world of security which includes alarms, surveillance and monitoring.  He is literal and always direct and to the point.  He is always on aware for potential security threats, those that are up to no good and protecting assets.  He has made his money catching thieves, providing personal protection and devising more elaborate means to protect assets. 

He does have a soft side, but it is difficult to find it and he will only show it if he feels the need or appreciates the other person enough to let them in.  Otherwise, he has a cold exterior.  He has found his success by being excellent at what he does and being demanding of himself and his associates.  He has found his business flourishes due to his reputation as dedicated to all things security.

History: David started off his career by enlisting in the US Army.  He was an intelligent young man who lacked the means to go to college and had planned to use the GI Bill to pay for a higher education.  Through hard work and dedication and being in the right place at the right time, he had the opportunity to work on some of the most sophisticated surveillance equipment available in the world.  He decided to reenlist for a second four year term when his first had ended as he was learning things he would never learn in college.  By the time he left the military at age 26, he had enough knowledge to apply his military surveillance skills and training into a civilian business.  Dedicto He waa dedicated and thorough and had state of the art training.  He developed a sterling reputation and advanced to larger and larger clients including  casinos in Las Vegas where the real money started to pour in.  He has made his home in Las Vegas to be close to his best paying clients. 

David has never married.  He has instead found his taste for women and sex to be on the wilder side.  He had taken an interest in the leather and fetish community soon after learning about it while in the military.  From there, he had taken to the community like a fish in water, finding his tastes for the outlandish and more elaborate escalating as his wealth has.  He is an experienced dominant, though he participates in the community only with willing women who he has met through various BDSM clubs where he spends a good deal of his time.  There are plenty of high-end facilities in Las Vegas.

Hmm. I'm considering Mariko Matsuo, a young yakuza boss. She took over after her father's murder and now runs a very profitable operation. Comes to the island to relax and enjoy herself away from the demands of being a crime lord.

Is that appropriate? Obviously her background would not result in any in-character trouble or problematic events! I blame the amount of Saints Row I've been playing.  :P

There is one condition on this: That Rachel Helman (My character) doesn't need to know she's a crime boss. As far as the owner of Trixie Holdings PLC is concerned your character is just another wealthy Japanese woman wanting to spend money.

Of course Rachel is not stupid and keeps her ear to the ground, so she probably does know, unofficially, but officially she is completely ignorant and innocent.

My one stipulation in the game - that has actually put some players off - is that my character be seen to be whiter than white. She isn't, she's actually quite ruthless and nasty, but she never ever does anything illegal!

History: The Matsuo family has a long Yakuza tradition, but never has it been so powerful as under the command of its latest ruler. Mariko Matsuo was a teenager when a rival faction detonated a bomb hidden in her father's yacht. Most thought their dynasty finished, with no son to step into his father's shoes, but Mariko had different ideas.

With steel will and surprisingly deadly skills, Mariko convinced the surviving leaders to follow her. Personality:
Penelope or "Penny" for short had always been a Daddy's girl. She got what she wanted, when she wanted, at that precise moment. She grew up like this, and it wasn't going to change. Her short temper drove off any friends that initially liked her. The only person whom she respected was her Father, while paying lip-service to those in equal or higher positions than her, and even then, she was still a demanding little brat. Her attitude and selfish ways didn't go away once she reached adulthood, if anything, they got worse. To everyone who wasn't in a higher position, she would speak down in condescending tones, making insults. No one liked here, and wanted her around. It was only natural that this kind of behaviour transferred well into the bedroom.

She demanded nothing less than perfection in the bedroom, often placing tasks which were impossible to perform, resulting in the failure of her pet, which brought punishment soon after. She took pleasure in degrading, humiliating, and abusing her pets till they screamed their safe word over and over. Penelope was truly a disgrace to humanity, but a wonder to the D/S world.

History:
Penelope grew up as a only child. She was cherished by her father, and he made sure she didn't go without, doing anything she asked. Of course her mother didn't agree, knowing what would happen if he were to continue. He promised he would stop, but each time he said no, the tears streaming down her face was unbearable. This demanding attitude only strengthen as she grew up, ordering her mother to do this, and that. At first she obliged, but slowly resisted, to the point of ignoring her own daughter. Penelope couldn't handle such behaviour, and threatened to run away if her mother didn't leave.

Daddy caved in, once again. Her life was the same after that. She went through school, destroying any potential friends she could've had with her repulsive attitude and personality. It was a sure bet that after a month, she was asked to leave for her repeated rudeness. Penelope's father twisted some strings to put her up a grade or two, so that maybe she could make friends with some of the older kids. This was also a resounding failure. Despite multiple attempts to expelled Penelope, she stayed, right through to Year 12.

Since she was rushed through her schooling, in an effort to keep her in school, she didn't even qualify for her Year 12 Certificate, making it practically impossible to get a good job for her in this economic climate, even with her Daddy's connections. For the next few years, she jumped from job to job, barely making it past the first shift. Her Father wanted her out of the house, so he offered her a job as her assistant, to which she accepted.

Her work colleagues were less than thrilled to have her aboard, as it was very well known on how she was like. Penelope did nothing, letting her work mates pick up the slack as she did nothing. After all, she was the CEO's Daughter!

Yes, definitely. We always need ponies.

Your best bet is if you (and hence your character) are open to male and/or female dominant partners. I'm not able to accept a purely lesbian pony at the moment. The reason I have mentioned this is that you don't say in your O/Os whether you are straight, gay or bi. Normally it wouldn't be a problem, but I have too many lesbian ponies right now, and not enough straight ones!

History: Anya grew up in a lower income house in St. Petersburg with her mother and five younger siblings. Personality: Estrella is a woman who yields absolutely zero percent. She has gotten to where she is in life by giving herself absolutely no mercies on her own tasks, and is just as rough on others. She is a straightforward woman who is extremely delighted when her orders are followed to the letter, and demonically angry when a disobedient move ends up costing her something. That being said, she is typically polite to those she does not command directly, for she understands that there should be limits upon her domineering personality.

She is completely dominant and pairs the most well with a completely submissive. Defiance makes her grind her teeth and crush harder with whatever she has, and the very idea of rebellion sets off alarm bells in her head. She often establishes a very hard persona in her mind at the first impression of a person, and it is hard for someone to change this first impression unless they truly try. History: Estrella came from the bottom. She aced her way through elementary school, and from there, only aimed higher. Any man who came to her was a distraction, and if he did not stop his distracting, he might find himself clutching his testicles and praying he could still have children. Estrella showed no mercy, not to her classes, not to her friends, and definitely not to her enemies.

She had a knack for business. From the very start, she had sold candy on the streets of her hometown to pay for her textbooks and tools of studying, and that grew in her. She drove a powerful bargain, but her looks and her strong charisma always oiled the cogs towards a good deal for her end. In middle school, she began a textbook exchange, making a few pesos of pocket money by acting as a middlewoman to the exchange of knowledge between one grade and the next. Her actions caught the attention of one of the best colleges in her country, in Buenos Aires, and she left her small business in the hands of a few not-yet-graduated associates as she headed, on scholarship, to learn the true in and outs of business.

They thought she'd never make it. She came out of a small nowhere town, was a nowhere woman, and had no place in business, they said. She showed them horribly wrong. For their first project, food stalls around campus, her traditional cuisine, aided by two chefs she befriended and recruited, completely demolished the competition, resulting in a high pass for her and near-failures for all of her rivals. From that point on, no man dare approached her to tease her in any way, shape or form. She had more iron than any of them.

Her husband was a marriage of convenience rather than of love. When he first approached her with the proposal, he even had a contract showing how it would be advantageous for the both of them. While other girls might have slapped him and told him they were done, Estrella was more than impressed. She knew that he had his own sexual pursuits; she had not been inactive in college, and had left a trail of broken boy and girl toys behind her. But the argument he made for their joining was powerful; his family had money, he had a dream to make more money, and she had more drive than he had ever seen. Personality: Cedric the human is very energetic and competitive, both in nature and as a result that he had been an athlete ever since he was ten. But for him, this isn't just about comparing with others, it is about pushing his own limits and constantly trying to break his own personal bests, go faster and deeper in what he does. When left with nothing to do, he'd often spontaneously start doing exercises, just to occupy his mind, or throw a bet at someone, just to get himself something to aim for. Needless to say this kind of attitude doesn't translate well into long term goals, of which he has none. Apart from the vague idea or exploring his potential and then settling in a lifestyle, which will allow him to realize said potential. Whatever this means.

History: Some people claim they have been kinky for as long as they can remember. Cedric isn't one of those people. Personality:
Kaoru is not a person to take anybody lightly. When she meets a person she begins to judge them think how they could be usefull for her. She is a person that thinks of herself first, second and third and does not really care what others think. Kaoru knows how to judge people thanks to that she formed her modeling agency and had grown quite a lot during her past few years.
