monotone music heralded by
a sign lesser than a Leo forever playing.

A hymnal rhythm held in high C --
here we are waiting
for the windows to shatter.

Irony collides in a kaleidoscope of
grinning laughter and smooth smirks;
sarcasm and wit are not of the same measure.
A little indecisive, a little too stubborn
makes it all quite determined.
Fantasy filled and released on paper,
a poet in disguise and lost in Aloha.

A dreamer, a sleeper,
a siren, a doll;
a thespian for a stage
and a musician for a court.
