Curious if there's a way to enable the SB to stay floating/anchored on top of the page?

Really selfishly asking since I keep scrolling up and down, and my mouse is getting irritated with me at having to apparently work tonight.   :-\

Mmkay!  No worries, then. ;)  Thanks for the quick response!


The mouse is a bit old, but I'm just rather attached to it.   ::)  Somehow the wheel got jammed a year or so ago, so it sticks or sometimes just refuses to work.  Stubborn thing.

It's actually a really good tool for me when I know i'm going to be in the SB a bunch.
