VtM 20th Edition LGBTQ+ Friendly

Greetings all. I am an old, old player coming back to maybe actually get some use out of this account! I've been looking for a place to do World of Darkness games beyond a PG-13 rating. Nothing wrong with the sites that do this but sometimes you need to not worry too much about taking things too far, especially with certain games!

That said I am basically a newb to this site with all that entails. I'm not great at coding, I don't have tons of background here, etc etc. It'd definitely be a learning experience.

So with that spiel gone, what is it I am offering to run? A few different games, selected by the majority! They are:

Sabbat Shenanigans
I love the Sabbat. They are just better than the Camarilla - tru opinionz y'all. That said they are more than the murderhobo variant of Vampire. I would like to run a game of Sabbat Vampires where we delve into the hypocritical hierarchy of the Sabbat in both the macro and micro elements. I'm thinking of doing this in the United States South like Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, or Tennessee or perhaps Eastern Canada or even Mexico City. The American South and Eastern Canadian front would also have enemies like the Camarilla, Independent agents, and the like. Mexico City would be a much more internal and "my enemy is myself" style game. This would not be a combat heavy, monomancy-at-the-drop-of-a-hat game: This is VtM. It is about politics, intrigue, and planned violence. Sure, it will be more violent than normal Vampire games but I don't want a Toreador Antitribu fucking Syrian refugees to death with baseball bats as an art project on main street.

Mono-Clan
A game with just one clan (and maybe some bloodlines) allowed. I am open to hearing what clan/bloodline would be wanted but I am thinking of mainly trying a Giovanni game since they are so rarely allowed to be played in my circles. I could also go with certain Bloodlines, even Baali as long as we don't get into the deep, dark, splatterhouse for ebil funsies route of just going apeshit. The Baali are smart enough to survive persecution, after all. If you like this idea give me some clans or bloodlines you'd like.

and finally...Middle Children
A ghouls and/or revenants game. I can do this in any sect or clan besides the Tal Mahe' Ra. This game would be lower powered and amped up on horror as you are judged by monsters many years your elder who see you as some kind of pawn. This game would probably be the darkest one I would run and definitely rev up the horror of being a useful pet to a degenerate predator.

So, would there be any interest? I'm not sure exactly how I'd do everything as I'm not good at coding sheets but if it's possible I might have sheets and NPCs on a different server as I love world/city building.

I'd be super into a mono-clan Giovanni game.

The Sabbat one also sounds really cool--a setting of Louisiana or Mexico City would be really neat. ^^

I've been rereading Vamp 20th, so I'm in whichever way this goes.

I kinda woulda liked to see an Anarch game personally (I main as a Tremere Anarch ^^), though the ideas up are cool too.
I'd sorta if going mono-clan go something like the Tzimisce (sp?) or something darker and unique like that, though Giovanni are fun too, because I'm in love with Wraith. :)

Also Lasombra are kewl too. ^^

So I'mma in, I shall also reread the other splats and let you know what others I like if it gains footing. ^^

What you people got against the followers of Set!? They just want to bringing back their kewl ass god by causing the apocalypse...and they get kewl snake powers (I mainly just want Seprentis cause it is so fun, otherwise I'm cool with playing another clan). Lasombra also are a fav of mine next to Toreador (shadow super kids and melodramatic artsy kids ftw!) xD

Looks like most are going for the Sabbat. I'll consider what kind of Sabbat game I want to run. The Mono-clan ones have been unique as I've seen with Tzimisce, Giovanni, Toreador, and even Salubri love. Intriguing.

I will give this another day or perhaps the weekend to see some more traffic and see what happens. But I believe Sabbat is winning.

Though honestly being sullen stone children does sound fun. The Tremere are usually good masters for a mystic cult blood bound to ancient still breathing fossils. xD

Though knowing me my guy or gal might look to seduce and or corrupt her into worshipping Set again via blood bond...that perhaps because such a lovely vixen would make a nice bride...plus having a small cadre of obedient spawn is good for both maintaining a good cover and other things. :3

Lol, that's the Camarilla, the Sabbat aren't so concerned with keeping things neat and tidy, it's why they're more fun :p Shovelheads are essentially expendable shock-troops, you mass embrace em, and then unleash them somewhere where their hunger will cause a bunch of havoc. They're called shovelheads because it's often done by dumping a bunch of drained people in a hole, sprinkling a bunch of mixed up blood from a bunch of vampire donors over them, and then fill in the grave. The ones that are able to dig themselves up, and survive the crusade or whatever earn the right to maybe become proper vampires :p

Ferret was quite lenient with how little we did individually did to earn our stripes as it were :p We did still cause a lot of chaos in the disneyland, which was mostly the point, to distract the cams and the police while the Sabbat took over the city :p

Still two people just almost seems dishonorable is all. Sabats are meant to be the whole "rule through fear" advocates. xD

I'd be certainly interested in the Sabbat game out of those options.

The mono-clan thing could be interesting as a Tremere game -- really any clan where there's an internal structure. Plus, Tremere allows a lot of independence in builds/abilities (given the broad range of Thaumaturgy).

I don't know much about any WoD setting as of yet, just that they exist and I love em. So any game you set up and welcome newbs that want to play this badly please count me in.

Also, I would like to ask, what kind of content are you like planning to add in general? I mean not only sexually, but also like, time setting, surroundings setting, etc.

What exactly is the Sabbat? I think I know a bit about the Camarilla, but... Eh, I could use info either way.

And I would rather a game where I can pick my Vampire abilities, x3, I wanna go something like a Tokyo-Ghoul-style vampire.

Since this was just a "what should I run" thread I'm thinking I should just lock it and create a new one now that I know what game I'm going to run and have all the information in that thread. I'm not 100% on the rules of the site but I think that is better than just bumping this one up a lot. I'll also need to worldbuild and all that jazz.

I'll admit, though, I kind of know very little about playing things from the Sabbat perspective, so I may have to do a bit of reading.
