I will be checking in 24 hours for anymore interest and then I will be allowing wishlists to go up for colors.

We have about 6 to 8 current interests so only need a few more for a full team and I will start without a full one as long as I have about 8 or 9 Rangers.

You want sheets up in 24 hours?  and are you more worried about getting a distribution in both teams right tnow?  Just an FYI but I'm not super worried about a color if that makes it easier once people have wishlists up.
Coming soon...

Ace Flyer

Name: Nicholas Drakkon
Age: 28
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Relationship Status: Single
O/Os: Ask Player

Physical Description: Tall and fit, Nick’s time spent training to join the Machine Empire’s legions and fight for them shows itself off. He keeps his black hair cut short, and often spiked. His eyes color seems hard to pin down, seemingly changing with his mood, though it tends to hover around a pale blue or grey.
Distinguishing Features: Several tattoos of tribal style on his arms; scars from various incidents on the streets as a kid; a circular scar that half-way circumvents his neck from a run-in with an anti-Empire terrorist.
Face Claim: Jason David Frank

Personality: Nick is typically calm and quiet. From humble beginnings, he never thought he would really ascend to the heights he’s been granted lately, or achieve the honor bestowed to his name. He wants to be a hero and is self-sacrificing to a fault—growing up he often sacrificed his own wellbeing to protect family and friends in the poorer, and more dangerous streets of the megacity’s outer districts. A very focused individual he’ll never walk away from a fight, even if the odds are stacked against him, if it means protecting those he cares about.

History: Nick Drakkon isn’t the type of person you would expect to be a Machine Empire loyalist.

Growing up in one of the outer districts of the megacity over where the city of Angel Grove once stood, he had a hard early life. These outer zones were where the poorer families ended up, for one reason or another, and were less policed by the new Machine Empire-backed world government. While the Machine Empire proved itself to be charitable it was easy for so many people to slip through the cracks—and for corruption to form in the human societies that they tried to help. Gangs and criminal organizations formed to exploit the generosity of Earth’s new overlords. The local government officials in the districts, positions too low-level for a Machine to be bothered with but prime positions for a human to try and begin advancing in the new world order, soon became corrupt and abusive of their power. The Empire would “help” when such corruption and abuse was brought to their attention—but the gangs made it clear that anyone who tried to bring down what they had would suffer.

He lost his family at a young age when anti-Empire rebels bombed one of the shelters for the downtrodden in the district—an Empire-run facility where people could find some food and medical aid, and try to apply for work. The rebels insisted it was a “conditioning center” where the food was filled with mind controlling nanites and the work was really shipments off to factories as slave labor, or even raw material. Nick survived the explosion by pure luck, but his parents were immolated in the blast—but he was soon swept up by the rebels, collecting all the children they could, to “uncondition” them and save them from the Empire.

His district fell into anarchy briefly. Despite the growing conflict with Rita Repulsa, however, the Machine Empire was fast. Nick escaped his captors, showing a resourcefulness that impressed the Empire forces that found him, surviving as he did alone on the streets. Nick would help them find the heads of the rebellion and crush them—revenge for his parents. It also earned him a place in one of the Legion military academies.

Nick worked to better his life, and prove he deserved that chance offered him. He excelled in his classes and training. On graduating he became a human soldier in the Machine Legions, and volunteered for an assignment that placed him beyond the walls of Earth’s megacities, fighting in the war and clearing monsters and Rita’s puttie forces from threatening humans that lived out in smaller, defenseless communities beyond the massive cities. He served with distinction—even earning a noted commendation for single-handedly taking out a puttie patrol, and other such acts. And when the Empire realized they needed more to win the war, he was picked to become a Ranger.

He had no way to know that his life, his background, had been arranged as part of a secret Empire plot. He had no way to know his fate, his destiny, wasn't his to control. The Machine Empire knew that there had been one figure that had ever truly worried Rita--and with him gone, they needed a backup plan. And ace in the hole, and thus one of their most secret projects and experimental endeavors was put in place...

When Zordon was removed from his prison stasis to create a new team of Power Rangers, the Machine Empire moved ahead with an additional plan. They had studied the shattered power coins and Morphing Grid that had powered Zordon’s rangers, and developed artificial versions of their own. Near the top of their list to recruit: Drakkon.

Strengths:

  • Martial Training – A skilled hand-to-hand fighter, he uses a mixes of martial arts (which he seems to have a knack for, learning just from watching others) and street brawling.
  • Survival Tactics – Living in the outer districts makes for a hard and dangerous life, requiring those that live there to learn how to think on their feet, adapt quickly, and do what it takes to survive in hostile environments.
  • Raider Training – Specializing in hit-and-run tactics, Nick knows how to work and operate on his own without help from others, or to blend his skills in to assist in a team-effort, often through flanking or disrupting attacks to cover his allies.
  • Calm Under Fire – Level-headed and collected, it takes a lot to truly get under his skin, meaning he’s often focused and thinking clearly even in the most stressful of situations.
Weaknesses:

  • Lack of Confidence – Nick is a follower, not a leader. Given direction and a plan he can follow it to the letter, and adapt where needed to get the job done. However, when it comes to calling the shots and commanding a team, he second-guesses himself and freezes up. This is thanks due to careful training and indoctrination from his upbringing, to ensure compliance and loyalty to the Machine Empire.
  • Self-Sacrificing – He’ll take excessive risks to prove himself, or to protect his allies.

#29

Name: Warren Klyne
Age: 24
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Relationship Status: Single
O/Os:
On- Rough Sex, Oral, Anal, Vanilla, Multiple Partners, Role Play, Dirty Talk, Foreplay
Off- Scat, Gore, Vore, Watersports

Physical Description: Warren is built like a brickhouse. He was always big as he came from a hefty stock, but he has been training his entire life and is now a "specimen". He stands at 6'6, and is heavily muscled with a nice mix of lean and thick to give him that "movie star" body that most athletes tend to have but usually go unseen under jerseys and uniforms.

His skin is a deep brown, crisscrossed with scars from his near death experience. The scars too deep to remove with laser surgery have been covered by tattoos, but they still remain if you look close enough. He is a handsome man with angular features, a pearly white smile, and intense hazel eyes. His hair is shaved low on the sides, but he keeps a crown of short dreads on top, and always maintains a goatee or full beard that is immaculately kept.
Distinguishing Features: His scars and tats are pretty easy to pick out of a crowd.
Face Claim: Harry Samba

Personality: Warren will always fight for what's right, as it's a principal that has been instilled in him from a young age, with his family's decades long history of military service. He's a nice, but gruff individual, as he's lived a hard life, and lost an incredibly large amount of good friends due to the severity of combat both in the Marines and the EDF.

He is a focused individual, and once he gets a goal in mind, he's like a laser, making sure that he does everything in his power to succeed at it. He has an emotional wall set up, as it's hard to get close to people when they die around you so often. But if you manage to get close to him, you'll have an invaluable friend for the rest of your life. He doesn't trust the Machine Empire.

Never has, never will. As he actively fought against them when they invaded Earth, he lost countless friends and personally witnessed the downfall of the Power Rangers. As they've essentially taken over, he isn't in active revolt as that's an easy way to get "vanished", but he agrees with the Rebellion and is a proud member, although he hides his alliances and tows the line so his life doesn't get upended.

History: When Emperor Cadeus arrived on Earth, he didn't only send monsters to attack the Rangers. He sent them everywhere. Warren's parents were Marines who got folded into the newly formed EDF(Earth Defense Force) after the Machine Empire began their conquest of humanity. They couldn't do much, but with hasitly created tech, they could at least stem the tide here and there, giving the Rangers more time to do their jobs properly. Unfortunately, despite humanities best efforts and speedy innovations, the "war" if it could be called that didn't even last a month before humanity was overwhelmed, the Rangers were defeated, and the Machine Empire graciously went along with a truce, letting them run things while the humans just...lived.

Warren lost both of his parents in the slaughter. He was only twelve when he was orphaned and had to be taken in by his uncle and grandparents. His uncle was military as well, but he was Intelligence so he hadn't been on the front lines, and his grandparents were both retired. They kept the fire of life burning inside him with discipline, training, and just tons of things to keep him focused on anything but the death of his parents. By the time he was eighteen, he was the number one draft pick in the up and coming sport known as "Blitzball", and joined the Rampagers as their new Charger.

After everything that happened, despite his want to join the Military, his family didn't allow him the honor. Instead, he became larger than life playing a sport that was for all intents and purposes a combat arena with a ball...and then tragedy struck a second time. During the trip to another city for an away game, the convoy was attacked by Rita's monsters. Warren was the only human survivor, and only a few of their machine escort remained functional enough to call for help.

He woke up a year later in a hospital, and was informed that not only had every bone in his body been crushed, but most of his organs had been punctured or ruptured during the attack. Even the Machine's found it illogical that he'd survived long enough for treatment. But survive he did, and then he was injected with trillions of nanomachines that stitched him back together, making him stronger, faster, better in every way.

They even had a nifty function where he could turn them "off" during games so he wouldn't have an unfair advantage. Even though he was back to his life, something felt off. He couldn't really put his finger on what it was, but it was there and never went away. This continued on until he bumped into a resistance member randomly on the street. Seeing the paraphernalia he dropped caused Warren to shake himself free from his drudgery and finally get a handle on that feeling.

He remembered how the machines had taken his family. They'd taken the Rangers. They'd taken his world. Their freedom. And when he could've died and seen his parents again, they even took that from him. And now, somehow he'd integrated himself into the new world and had even benefitted greatly from it. Finding his drive again, he sought out the Resistance and found a local cell. He's been with them for a few months now and has found several ways to help from the shadows while still playing the beloved sports star to the rest of the world and the Machines. Being chosen by Zordon seemed to come completely from nowhere, but he will take this chance to not only knock Rita back to the dumpster they found her in, but to win back freedom for humanity.

Strengths:

Military Training - His entire family is filled with Marines, SEALS, and Army Rangers going back for decades. He'd been expected to join the military when he got older, but never got the chance due to the invasion. His uncle took him under his wing after adopting him however and got him to a point where he could have passed BUDs with the best of them. He is also learned in things like military tactics and strategies.

Combat Training - His combat training was all encompassing, as he learned several forms of martial art like MMA, BJJ, and Sambo; as well as marksmanship training and weapons. Just in case.

Nanite Enhanced Body - The attack that should have killed him ended up making him stronger than he ever could have imagined. The nanites in his body enhance all of his natural functions several fold, meaning he is stronger, faster, tougher...he can even heal much faster than a normal human because the little robots do all the work for him.

Leadership - His uncle was head of his division, his grandfather had made it to Brigadier-General before his retirement, and his father had been a Platoon leader. He was born and groomed to lead, and even proved this playing for the Rampagers as he's led them to three championships since he joined the team.

Chef - He can throw down in the kitchen. He always enjoyed cooking with his mom and grandma growing up, and has become a damn fine chef. Although he's not certified, you'd be missing out if you didn't try his food just once.

Musician - He began playing music as a coping mechanism and ended up getting good at it. He primarily plays guitar, but he's also been known to tickle the ivories from time to time as well.

Weaknesses:

PTSD - His parents died when he was twelve, as did many friends and family during the Machine invasion. Then when he was older, his friends were killed by Rita's monsters and he nearly lost his own life. This has all had a serious effect on his mental well being. He still has nightmares where he wakes up drenched in cold sweat, and zones out from time to time as he is forced to remember the horrors.

Machine Grudge - The Machines for all the "good" they've done, have only done so after infinitely more bad. And humanity, himself included accepted the placations. He can never fully trust the machines, even if they are fighting together against Rita. They're just a lesser evil. Even after healing him, he irrationally hates that they kept him alive and away from his parents.

Possible Nanite Weakness - While he was told that his self-replicating nanites are completely internal and can't be controlled by anyone but him, he's not sure if he believes that or not. He always fears one day they'll be turned off by an outside source.

Celebrity - As one of the biggest athletes in the world, he is known far and wide. That makes it kind of hard to be incognito, but he has his ways.

Mannerisms: He tends to either find something to keep his hands busy, or stare off into the ether for long periods of time lost in thought.

Got a little distracted over the weekend due to a covid scare.  I understand if it's too late for a sheet.  Until told otherwise I'll continue to put one together.
Coming soon...

Ghostly Muse

Name: Gabriel Michael Blaine
Age: 22 years old
Sexual Orientation: heterosexual
Relationship Status: single
O/Os:

Physical Description:  Gabriel would probably would have been described as a bit husky, as he got a little too comfortable and lazy in the Machine Empire's dominion. But still despite his lack of cardio, his 6'4" frame with broad shoulders could be menacing with the right training and that started to take place even before he was selected by Zordon. Gabe also has longer black hair, that had been even shaggier until recently when he cleaned himself up a bit but generally has some stubble too. Gabe has blue eyes that are known to look quite puppy doggish when upset.

Distinguishing Features: Gabriel almost always has wireless large Bose headphones on his head, he used to tune out the world playing games with them, now he uses music to tune out his grief and anger and has very little to say to anyone now. He also doesn't trust anyone after what happened to both of his parents for trusting the wrong the people.

Face Claim:  Josh Peck

Personality:  Gabriel was a quiet, somewhat anti-social, loner growing up and he thrived in relative ease and luxury in the advanced technological society of the Machine Empire. An avid gamer, he views the world in a very particular way, with virtually no life experience but knowledge of many different things through the various styles of games he played. He can be brash when angered, say things without thinking, he isn't the best with words anyway. After what happened to his father and the secrets that had been kept from him for his protection, Gabriel is very reluctant to trust others. But once he trusts you, his loyalty and protective instinct kicks into overdrive. Gabriel shut himself out from the world the Machine Empire held humanity in, now that his eyes are open he is sickened by how blinded he had been, he is eager to prove his father was wrong to keep him in the dark on the resistance he had been a part of. Gabriel is also very driven by revenge and can easily

History: Gabriel Blaine was one of those humans that got far too comfortable under the Machine Empire's rule. Gabriel did this mainly through getting lost in video games and other worlds that allowed him to escape from his own. And that wasn't or hadn't been because of any great strife, as Gabriel thought him and his father were doing quite well for themselves. He thought his father was proud of his work and though they weren't necessarily close nor did his father care for his gaming passion/obsession, Gabriel believed they were good. Gabriel had no idea that his father was a dissenter, quietly and cautiously reaching out to find others who resisted the Machine Empire in secret, so cautiously that Daniel Blaine left his own son in the dark to keep him safe and oblivious.

Gabriel played for hours a day as he was working hard to be recruited by a paid virtual gaming league team that were of course very popular and thriving with the advanced technology for VR gaming in this time period. Gabriel had just completed a marathon gaming session that had impressed just such a team and was excited to have something to show for all of his time, something even his father would possibly respect considering the lucrative pay and fame that would likely come. Gabe waited hours for his father to come home from work but he never returned. Gabe went to his office and he was scanned to have left and it was when Gabe was contacted by his father to not go home but to meet him at a location he sent him. Gabe would find his father there wounded.

Gabe was finally informed that his father was not at all what he perceived him to be. He was a part of the resistance, though even he admitted it was more in spirit than in any action, a secret dissidence more than a real movement. But Daniel had gotten more frustrated and brash and had foolishly reached out to another resistance group, or so he had thought, but it had been a sting operation by the Machines and their human operatives. Gabriel was shocked by this part of his father's life being kept from him and how he hadn't trusted Gabriel to be informed of his disdain and hatred for everything ME. It was only then that Gabe learned from his father that his mother had died for confessing her mistrust and resentment of the Machine Empire to the wrong person and it getting back to them. Gabe would then be sent away by his father as they were discovered by ME forces and his father was killed, by a human agent, of that Gabriel was certain.

Gabriel heeded advice his father had imparted in sending him away. To play their game as long as possible. Daniel believed Gabriel was perfectly self taught to seek out openings and opportunities and that when the time was right he would know what to do and be ready. Gabriel would follow his father's advice and accepted his contract offer to play for the Virtual Arena's most prominent team, The Arch Angels. The Virtual Arena was the closest thing to human live sports that were just another charade Gabe realized to keep the loyal humans entertained an at bay. Gabriel quickly rose to elite status on the team, garnering fame while waiting for that opportunity. His training regiment for Virtual Arena, as the games were a full body VR type of game did help him put his mental processing and hand-eye coordination together with his physical movement for the first time truly and the results were great for him physically and for is confidence as well.

When Rita Repulsa resurfaced and began to threaten the Machine Empire's control of the planet and humanity, Gabriel was convinced his time had come. But Rita proved to be more than a distraction for the ME. Rather she was a threat just as concerning. Gabriel wanted to see the Machine Empire fall, but not at the cost of human lives and then he was called upon by Zordon. He was ready to prove himself, his father, right about him. Gabriel was going to save the Earth from Rita Repulsa.. and once Earth saw that they didn't need the ME's protection.. he would convince his fellow rangers to help him overthrow them too.

Strengths: Physically Gabe is imposing and thanks to his training for Virtual Arena he has put that together with his sharp mental processing to be very quick and decisive on his feet. He is adept at picking up on weaknesses in opponents both physically and in their own mental processing and strategy. Though he can be hesitant to talk or communicate well regularly in the heat of a fight, like in VR and in the games he has played his whole life, Gabriel can be very precise and guide others well in intense situations. Gabriel is very unlikely to be tricked or trapped by any enemy if it involves trusting them first. He is very analytical to begin with and the paranoia that has set in since his father's death have made him very mistrusting of others. But if trust is earned Gabriel will never give up on someone once they matter to him. He has lost too much already to let anyone else in and have something happen to them.

Weaknesses: No doubt that Gabriel's trust issues while in some aspects serve him well, are also absolutely a weakness when it comes to working as a team or building trust with others or gaining others trust. Gabriel knows how to be a team player, even does it professionally, but is very likely to go his own way if something like information about ME or his father's killer come up or he believes what he needs to do is more important. Gabe may have finally put the simulations and VR skills into his physical repertoire but he is still very inexperienced in actual combat and really most real world experiences. Gabe can lose his temper and be very brash and abandon all of that tactical processing and leave a path of destruction in his wake.

Mannerisms: Gabriel is fidgety and uncomfortable in social gatherings, especially if he is required to listen and take off his noise cancelling headphones. He can be awkward and clumsy too when he is eager to get out of a situation. He is also fairly quiet, choosing his words carefully or really not speaking much if he doesn't absolutely have to.

Brooding at times, what he doesn't say he usually makes very clear with his eyes or his body language. Gabe honestly usually looks shorter than his tall, broad frame by how much he avoids standing out and seems to slump or shrink in settings with others.

Because of how anti-social and quiet he is, when he is triggered or fixated on something like finding out new information or eagerness before a fight, his sudden disposition change to hyped and over anxious can be surprising probably to others. And when he is fixated and finds out what he is seeking or a fight is going well he can be very animated and excited, the rare times a smile or laugh may be heard, even in high stress situations.

Gabriel is driven by his own goals and if they align with others, then he will never give up on them. Being a Power Ranger gives him the chance to free the Earth from both major threats to humanity in his eyes and any others that come after. And Gabe will not rest until he makes that happen.

Gabriel can be pretty pessimistic at times though. Though he believes in his own mission and if it aligns with the other rangers, then theirs together too. But when the odds always seem stacked against them, as they were for the resistance that his parents both died for, he can lose himself in hopelessness at times.

I'd be up for playing the Yellow Ranger, unless that goes to Ghostly Muse (first come, first serve and all, I get it), or maybe I could play for the other Ranger team? I did have a question about them though. What's their relation to the Zordon team? Are they enemies, or just a different group working under the same umbrella?

We just got a Yellow Ranger but there is still one Machine Empire Slot left open.  Machine Empire works with Zordon's team as "support" but answers directly to Lyra the ME liaison.  They have full access to the Command Center and a separate Machine Empire hangar.  (Ask me if the Zordon Rangers can get in there?  HA) It is up to how they play if they are babysitters, helpers, support, or secretly against the Power Rangers.  If that doesn't interest you I am open to one more "sixth" ranger slot with compelling reason.

Matttheman89

Hmm. I see. Ok, I could play the last Machine Empire Ranger slot. The only idea I could really think of as a "sixth" ranger concept would be if they combined Zordon's specific Ranger tech with that of the Machine Empire tech for a composite Ranger, but that might just be how all the Rangers work already so maybe just take that last Machine Empire Ranger slot. XD
