Looking for a Solo RP

Hi there!  I know my subject is a little vague...I'm basically looking for a game with one, some or all of the themes that can be found in my ons/offs.  I like fantasy or sci-fi settings and I would like the game to be run like a traditional "paper and pencil" (Like D&D) but without the use of game mechanics/dice rolling.  So in others words I'm looking for someone to serve as a sort of "dm"/"gm".  Hope ta hear from ya soon!
