Alien exiled to earth can seduce and command on just a word until him

-Greedy alien both magically seductive and commanding meets her match--Magnetic and sexy earth looking woman arrives from another planet.  She was sent to earth as punishment for using her powers of seduction to take both valuables and sexual gratification from men by first having the power of automatic seduction should she so desire it and once she seduces she can also command them.  Typically she seduces them to rob them but if she finds them attractive she commands them to do as she wishes.

Her sentence to earth was a gift she found as no one was aware she was using a magic she wielded. They would hardly believe it if she confessed to it.  So she was free to steal whatever she wanted and receive pleasure from whomever she desires it.  UNTIL

A police officer finds her fleeing a house with a man yelling after her.  I'm calling the police and HA there is a cop right there. " HELP I'VE BEEN ROBBED BY THAT WOMAN."

The cop runs her down as she does not bother exerting herself running when she might just find a handsome man to drive her away from that lunatic and spend some special time she thought.

8-Much to her surprise she is unable to seduce the man or command him.  She was baffled.  This had never happened.  What she was to find out was that her power worked on him but differently.  Instead of satisfying her he was somehow able to access those things she did not want him to do to her.  The subconscious fears she was holding when she unleashed her power.  Once he rapes her in a most undesirable state she is able to escape by yelling "Let me go" which for some reason was a command he followed.  Over time she figured out that once he had his way with her which was usually most definitely not her way then she could command him to release her but nothing more.

He always finds her again like he can track her by her scent.  The process repeats itself and the man has his way with her that just so happened to be a fantasy of hers.  How nice she thought.  Until she found she lost the power of command when this happened.  She unleashes her power again thinking to have her way again and hopefully her commanding power would return.  This time another dark fantasy of his is forced on her but she is able to escape.

How this ends is up for grabs.  Would love any input.
