Would a deleted topic still be archived anywhere accessible?

I'm asking because of the Sorcery University game, where a player deleted one of his topics upon leaving the game.  I know I'm not the only one interested in recovering it, but the GM (Vandren) didn't know if it was possible, so here I am.
