Crossdresser(Femboy) and her Doctor

I want to play out a Femboy that gets into the hands of a female gynecologist, perhaps being on a vacation and having a small accident. I would mainly be interested in a relationship thats warm but perhaps with edges. I am very open to discus there relationship and personalities, what i am looking for is some medical fun and use of the Gynecology.

This is much more of a seed of an idea then a whole one, check my O/O this is open for any gender of writing partner i would prefer it to be M/F for the characters but i could do M/Futa.
