I can't get this image any clearer. [Resolved]

Here you go, I would love if someone could possibly sharpen this up to quality of the other three images in my new sig. Please help.

I think you need a bigger original image to work with to get a better quality.
Saving from the same dimension will not make it better.

I normally use photoshop, but I don't know if you have this software or have experience with that http://www.adobe.com/it/products/photoshop.html
from adobe website you ca grab a 30days trial.

Another option is gimp, it's similar to photoshop but open source http://www.gimp.org/
Another option is an online editor as pixlr http://pixlr.com/editor/

I suggest to give a try with the last one, you've to upload the image but I think that is the most easy option...
